If you take the stairs, you could make it... if you're Usain Bolt.
If there's a fire, and you're on a high building, best thing to do is wait for the fire department, because they'll throw down a life net.
Since you're so high up, you'll probably get hurt in the process, yes, but there will be a medical team there and there's not a super high chance you'll just die.
