I understand the damage seems underwhelming but please read this.
You do NOT need to focus on health at all! (20-30k is fine)
You are virtually unkillable. Focus everything into melee (mutations and levels) because i got mine to 500 damage per attack and that may not seem alot but when you are unkillable and able to spam that attack with respectable speed for such a long time with good stam you realise how OP this creature actually is.

@ with a direct hit yes! same as the mana breath, if u want to hit the rider u have to aim for them.

I always make a point to bring a tek shield gen to the red drops, makes it a ton easier to defend with a smaller but far stronger shield.

I got a double mutation on my first breed, and it got green on the top of the wings and salmon on the scale things, and the scales were yellow. I called him 'Biohazzard'.

I think that Dreadmares might be better when under the Ai control. It might be worth testing them when you whistle them. Their erratic fighting style seems like the bot would control it better.

When we had the King Titan stick around for days and not move much, he was glitched, and we couldn't kill him fully. We brought his health all the way down, but he wouldn't die. I had to do a dino wipe, and of course, that doesn't count.

I feel like the dreadmare is supposed to be more of a support creature. It's moves are good in theory but seems to be only practical to use them in coordinated attacks and strategic plays rather than brute forcing or solo fighting. I'd be interested in how well they would work in fighting with armies or as you allude to the Titans
The worst part of the king titan staying so long is defeating him won't yield anything. At least that is what happened to me when I first evicted him after he stayed forever.

You can use a dreadmare to pick up and deploy a dreadnoughtus straight onto the desert titans back, and it will stay on his back even when he rolls 😂😂😂

syn i would love to see the stacking process because as an ark player im still getting used to mating and mutations. your video of mutations for noobs helped but im still kinda waiting for that good stat. Does it take you a while to get that perfect stat for the hp, melee, stam and weight cause i sometimes get good stats in like oxygen or food and its so annoying
pretty sure the stacking process is explained in that video too.

2:16 i do kind of miss the way you used to do the mutations, bringing us back occasionally to update us on the stack, like the way you did for all the mutations you did for scorched on ASE. but this way is good too
The dreadmare is still pw2 due to the blackhole ability itself since in official pvp you can’t use cryopods without a cryofridge nearby and also op since you can fill an anky full with metal and then black hole it and transport it safe and fast with all the anky inv still with it.
If it dies and you have something in the black hole, it puts it inside a cryo- pod and you have a minute to throw it out or you lose it and you can only let things out the black hole if you are landed not flying. And to black hole a giga, a cart or a reaper you have to have 2Kweight

Also is this video giving anyone nostalgia back when Axe and Syntac took on drops back when Extinction came out in ASE?
From what I remember the black hole ability also pick up the creature with its items meaning you can fill a creature with items then black hole it and none of the weight actually applies to the dreadmare you can carry thousands of weight whilst still being able to zoom across the map. Again I'm not a 100% on this as I haven't brought the creature yet.
The name of the horse in ghost rider is banshee, kinda reminds me of that.
If a dread dies with a stored creature, the creature emerges from the blackhole
Aura of hate does tick dmg and explodes after some time. I think it also steals healing going into effected dinos

The ability to cryopod creatures and not drop their inventory and not even impact the dreadmares weight is the pay to win aspect of it for me.

I reckon its down to a persons personal preference. Its the insane stat stacking that does it for me. the colours come as they are, sometimes its beautiful, usually, its not. however, its always an unstoppable monster
maybe not the best name but i like Dante, the colors give me like DMC vibes and demon... cant wait to get my own eventually if i can ever find a decent lvl on my server

i assume the low damage is so you cant just spam possible attacks from the sky doing 1k or more damage with its small stam loss from the attack without getting hit by non flyers
