Pinckneyville Tractor Show 2022 🤠 Illinois Tractor Show

Pinckneyville tractor show the 63 annual, Gas & Threshing show 2022. American Thresherman Association in Pinckneyville Illinois. This is an amazing Illinois tractor show with lots of Tractors some steam powered and some gas powered. They also had some Antique cars like a couple Ford model T's and a Ford Model AA truck. They also had lots of small gas engines many of which were Hit & Miss Engines and most were running. During the video you will see many tractors driving around and even see some steam tractors driving around. They also had some farming demonstrations. It was a fun tractor show. This year's tractor fair cost $10 to get in and they have free parking.

Wow, a blast to the past. This video popped up on youtube. Long before the internet and TH-cam, I used to go to the Pickneyville Fairgrounds in the early 1980's with my former father-in-law Ray Dean. He is long since deceased. I have fond memories of the smoke-filled air and the noise, the car show, tractor pull. Thanks for posting.

We enjoyed visiting the tractor show with you, Brian. Loved seeing all the old tractors! I'll let you in on a secret too. I wish I would read the signs in advance too, so I'd know what to say before flapping my jaw! We enjoy seeing the old Case tractors because they were built in near to where we lived in Wisconsin. They were doing something with the hay so that counts as a farming demonstration, Brian. I had a stingray bike too! Thanks so much for bringing us along.

Oh there you go...I love when you do those tractor shows. That equipment that people own is just amazing. The steam tractors are really cool. So much unguarded equipment it is wonderful to see it working but can you imagine back in the day how many people had to have been injured by that stuff. Crazy the way some of those old engines look like they are brand new. So much to look at even beyond the tractors. Now that is the right kind of ice cream ...home made. Great video....so much I had to watch it twice.

Amazing! Huge affair. That event is an education. I know two guys in my hiking club who would be in 7th heaven amongst those fabulous machines. I loved the tiny engine with dada and two kids on. And the giant traction engines. I've been there with the pushed button-but-not hard enough situation. I hope no one was flattened during that show of monsters. they were all incredible one way or other. Thanks for taking us around. 🙂

Well if anyone needs a field plowed we know where to go! Sadly we have a tractor in gas engine show every year here, and I think we missed the! Our local county fair we didn't go to this year because the price was out of this world and they have a usually have a good display of tractors and steam equipment. Amazing Machinery. We also saw some interesting machinery when visiting Swanhill Pioneer Settlement recently, a future video to be posted up.
