    I came from your Valyou sofa review and like how your videos are short, straight to the point, and address any potential concerns viewers may have about the product. Keep it up!

    I used to have a Restaurant...
    the number one thing is this...
    I NEVER use SOAP in my pans because it will
    cause things to STICK... I clean all my pans just
    like I would a Cast Iron Skillet.
    HEAT is what Cleans the pan,... NOT SOAP.
    I also "Season" each pan (with oil) just like
    using a cast iron skillet... for 40 years I have
    been doin this... NO ONE has ever gotten sick...
    I put water (NO SOAP) in the pan... put it on the stove
    Boil it... Wipe it out... Dry it... "TaDa"
    Put a tiny bit of EVOO in it, wipe it out... (season it).
    Your pan will not stick.

    I love this pan... I'm really surprised you
    Can NOT Put it in the oven... I thought it
    was more like a cast iron skillet.
    It is still nice though....

      Hi Judi! Yes, it’s such a bummer. We also love the pan and it’s been holding up great so far.

    What’s the colour like in person? I just got mine today in the colour “spice” and it’s more brownish orange rather than pinkish like I expected. I’m disappointed and thinking about getting it in the “steam” colour.

      Hi Amelia, sorry for taking so long. I also got the terra cotta at first and it was way too orange for us so we went with this one instead. It is just as seen on the video - I don't use color corrections so it's pretty accurate. Hope that helps!

    Would you mind doing an update? Is the pan still non stick?

    • @MindfulHome
      @MindfulHome  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi! It’s a little too soon to do another video about it, but it still works amazing! We use it every single day and we love it. We do take really good care of it, and it still works like new. Really easy to wash and beautiful to look at. Hope that helps!

    • @judichristopher4604
      @judichristopher4604 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It will be a non-stick as long as you don't put SOAP in it!!!
      For 50 years now I have been cleaning my pans like you would a Cast Iron Skillet... "No Soap"

    Are there any similar cast iron alternatives?

      They actually just started selling cast irons as well! I haven't tried them though, but you can check them out on their website.

    It's the only pan you'll ever need, but wait....we have a 2nd one on half price.

    • @MindfulHome
      @MindfulHome  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yup! Second one only comes out when we need to cook a lot of things at once 👍🏼

  • @HanifHalim8

    I’d be mad to be receiving this pan even as a gift. For that price you can get a quality pan. This is a scam at best, based in LA but made in China for that price? You can get cheaper option buying a French made pans like de buyer, matfer or even tramontina. For that price might as well buy the all clad.
    People need to know, there’s no non stick pan that’ll last forever. If you want a pan that lasts forever go for carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron or even a copper pan. Not this garbage, know why it’s marketed with famous people? Because it’s a garbage product, that’s why they need famous people to trick naive and beginners to buy this garbage.
    Stay clear of this garbage, most positive reviewers are either paid, sponsored and people who doesn’t cook. Paid and sponsored reviewer can’t say shit about this garbage eventhough they know it is a garbage. That simple.
