Great flipthrough! I love your creativity within your Bible system. I'm visual as well and I love to pretty plan when I can (I have four children so it is not easy to pretty plan all the time lol). I love the Life Application Study Bible, it was one of the first Bible that I ever read in college. I love Tombow pens and I just started using the Midiliners and love them. My Bible system has changed over the years. Now I have finally decided to read the Bible all the way through. I used the Professor Horner Reading System first and I enjoyed it a lot. It challenges you because you read 10 chapters a day from different books in the Bible. It was amazing to see the correlation between all of the books and to truly see how every book fits together. It's free to do it just look it up. However, it was difficult for me to stay consistent with the system while caring for young children. I will come back to it as they get older. So now I use The Bible Recap Reading Program and I'm studying through the Bible in chronological order. First, I read the Bible chapters for the day and then I read the book form of the commentary of the podcast. There are also extra notes and even deeper study and videos to the Bible readings included. It's free to do it as well just look it up. My favorite commentary resource is the late Pastor John Vernon Mcghee who has a five year Bible Reading program called Thru the Bible. He has a daily Radio program on Bott Radio. He also has an app. I love listening to his commentary for every book of the Bible. After my Bible Recap study, I will listen to John Vernon while I'm doing my motherhood duties for further study. I have a KJV note-taking Bible that has a ton of space for notes. Look up note-taking Bible if you have never seen one. It's similar to your journaling Bible but much more space. In my 1st Bible gifted to me, I highlighted like crazy and wrote so many notes that overtime everything that I put in it literally became unrecognizable. The highlighters and pens do wear down on your Bible pages overtime. So I came across a youtuber who decided to care for her Bible a little better so that it could last longer and she decided not to overload it with notes and highlighters. So she made a discbound system of all of the books of the Bible and she used Bible tabs like the ones that you have and that is where she houses all of her notes and every interested topic that she wanted to study. It was a genius idea to me. So I recycled an old happy planner, I tabbed out each book of the Bible, I put notepaper in-between each tab and instead of flooding my Bible with notes and highlighting, I put all of my notes and interested topics in my Bible Notes book. I'm not saying that I won't write notes in my Bible, but when I do I want it to be more clean and seamless and recognizable. I'm thinking through my Bible Marking system before I actually write in my note-taking Bible. For now I just read it and no notes are in it yet. Thanks for sharing your system and I was just sharing my system in case you needed some ideas in the future. Keep growing in Christ and studying the revelations of His Word. No matter what God wants us to DRAW NEAR to Him daily. You be blessed as well sister in Christ.

Juzanne thank you so much for your tips! I was taking note and will definitely look into those types of studies! They sound like exactly what I’m looking for. I love the idea of having a separate notebook to take notes I considered doing that especially if you already have a bible (non-journaling) that you want to continue using! Or for people who aren’t comfortable writing in their bibles. It’s definitely hard to get in the amount of studying I want to with young children so I’m taking it slow taking my time with each book and chapter, my plan at first was to do the Bible in one year. I always tell myself I’ll wait til they’re older to do more (in general). Thanks so much I hope you continue on your journey as well 💗 thanks for watching.

This is my first time on your channel. I am in love with you already. I love your writing, the use of colors (pastels), your bible study method. There is no wrong or right way to study/read the bible but to finally find someone who shows you how they study and it just makes sense. I love that you read a Book Overview and then make your own notes on it in your journaling Bible. I only use that "as needed" so I've never really taken the time to look at that overview on my own time. I may have to borrow this idea.
I love this and it’s good to see someone using KJV! I got saved with the KJV and when everyone was changing over I thought I’d memorized and learned too much to change. I love the way you use other books instead of filling your Bible with notes, cards, photos, and everything else.

*You're all about 10 years or more too late for studying scripture because it's all ben magically changed by the AC and is no longer Holy.*
*What The Father has spoken will never change, His promises are still good and our prayers are still answered! Hallelujah!!! But as impossible as this sounds, like so many of the true stories in scripture, our bibles have all been supernaturally changed by Satan in the last several years, right in our homes, in the fulfillment of prophecy. It's being done to prepare for the reign of the antichrist. All languages and all translations have been changed along with concordances, encyclopedias, dictionaries, history books, the original Hebrew, Greek, Latin and Aramaic manuscripts. Even the Dead Sea Scrolls have been changed!*
*I'm 70, was saved when I was 10, and have read only the exact same copy of the King James bible my church gave me in 1961. (This does not mean I was a King James onlyist but now I'm glad I never read other ones or I might not have noticed the changes as soon.) I had memorized many scriptures from it through the years. Then in 2014 I started seeing changes in it that I couldn't explain. I had never owned a computer or heard of the Mandela Effect back then. But after being given my first computer in 2016 I finally found out why I had been noticing all of the oddities that I couldn't explain. I then started diligently studying what should actually be called the "Daniel 7:25 effect". That's where God said He would give the antichrist the power to do this. (Change times and laws, history and scripture) We're seeing many end times prophecies being fulfilled SUPERNATURALLY! This is some of the "lying signs and wonders" God told us He would give the AC power to perform which would even deceive His very elect, if it were possible in 2nd Thessalonians chapter two!*
*God said in the end of days, (NOW!) that He would send us a famine for hearing His words in Amos **8:11** and that He would give the antichrist the ability to do this in Daniel 7:25. In Daniel 12:4 & 12:9 He told him to seal his book until the end days. He told John **_not_** to seal his book because the end time is at hand in Revelation 22:10. One of the Greek definitions of seal in Strongs concordance is “to protect from Satan”. He also told us to “write His words in our hearts”, which meant memorize, if not word for word at least the essence of what was written, because He knew this was going to happen.*
*God commanded us to "prove all things", and people **_better_** obey Him, especially on this subject. I urge you to research this. *I've continued stay in God's word by reading what has been documented to be what used to be written and what Satan has been changing. What’s your go to Bible studying method? ✍🏾
Loving your Bible Study System. Beautifully done! I am a Bible Collector, and what I do is basically use my Study Bibles for study each day. I use whichever Study Bible the Holy Spirit leads me to for the day. Sometimes I use 3 at a time (all different translations for comparison purposes). It helps me to gain a fuller understanding. I Also do Research on particular topics I am studying. I use Commentaries as well. Word studies are also good when doing your Bible Study. I write in all my Bibles and do more underlining than highlighting. I can always highlight later upon re-reads. I really enjoy Tony Evans Study Bible and his Commentary. Using the two together make for a great Study Session. I have several Translations of the Life Application Study Bible. I like the HCSB Translation the best. I have the KJV in memory because I was brought up on it. Unlike many people who don't understand it or have a hard time reading it. It is just fine to me 🤗. If you are a Visual person, you may enjoy the NLT Illustrated Study Bible or the KJV Full Color Study Bible. There are so many great Study Bibles out now, I could go on for days ~ 🌺🌄

Thank you so much, I don’t have a chart or color coding system, I just use one color for each paragraph/topic . The daily Grace co has great ideas for color coding if that’s what you prefer.

Hello, I just came across your video. I wanted to stop in and see how it’s going with your journaling in your Bible. Have you been able to keep up with a schedule you made? I have an accountability partner and we study a chapter a day M-F. Then get together and discuss what we learned. We also like to listed to the “Thru the Bible” lessons from J Vernon Mcgee. We have learned so much.
Where do you get a Bible that for writing and highlights on them I really need a Bible so I can start my first bible journaling I already have a Bible NWT Holy Scriptures but I want a Bible we're I can write on them ?

I have a question. Do you only write out and take notes on a single scripture? What do you do when the devotional gives a verse and a reading plan like genesis 1-3 or a passage with multiple verses?
In the daily devotional the app that I use, they will only give a paragraph so even if there is more than one verse it’s shortened.
But in general when I do run out of space I just shorten whatever it is I’m writing, or I cut down a piece of paper punched it and use that to finish off my devotional.

Your set up is very organized. Thank you for sharing. You Tube suggested this to me... I too love using colored post it's and colored highlighters in my daily bible study. I also use post it page flags to mark out things I want to refer back to and place them like book marks at the top of the page. I love to use Ariel Ministries materials to help me study the Jewish roots of the bible and boy that has really helped me gain clearer understanding.
