the kitchen only has 2 stoves? for a 750k house this is really minimalistic like you said.

Beautiful modern tropical architecture and very well presented. That last bedroom is my favorite arrangement for a bed - right in the middle of a large room.

I find the bedrooms terribles. I see that often in super expensive villas, but WHYYYY do you set up the rooms with open doors on each sides of the back of the bed? I would feel so vulnerable to sleep in those, especially the last one. I just find it to be such a fail in the conception of the house, a 25M$ house, I really don't get it 😵

I guess to each their own. My ultimate dream bedroom has no walls.

We understand your surprise at prices.
There are different properties for different budgets of course. Some of them are starting from very little price to millions of dollars. All depends on the size of the property, building and land quality, and additional features such as sea view and so on. Also, the real estate market on this particular island is highly growing, which creates high demand on it.
If we were to compare this property to the similar ones in Western tropical region, with the same view and environment then it's likely that there would be fewer options, than in Thailand.
