I love that arukenimon and mummymon are the Jessie and James of the digital world. If there is a crossover with Pokémon and digimon,the two goofballs would be paired with the trio.
Haha I was just about to comment that. When I first saw them as a kid they always gave off a Jessie and James vibe. Tbh if they ever met I can see Meowth saying to Wobuffet, “Hmm I know these digimon remind me of someone I just can’t remember?” “Wobuffet.”

As soon as these two appeared in the anime, the Team Rocket comparisons were everywhere: Archnemon & Mummymon = Jessie & James Their random Control Spire Digimon of the Day = Random Pokemon from the Rocket Gachat machine Oikawa = Giovanni Blackwargreymon = Mewtwo Meowth Air Balloon = yellow jeep Both evil duos kept getting outdone by a group of twerps And I could go on!

Oikawa wants to be with his friend to go to digital world! even though Aruk and Mummy are bad guys they do represent youth and friendship. times were hard. but it depends on story we read or make for ourselves. plus everytime there's a new digimon Yggdrasil saves it on memories and downloads them into life via Village of Beginnings or by Computer. anything is possible
I mean, now that the only woman you'll ever love is dead, and you have no one else to return to, I guess mummymon realized life wasn't worth living anymore
Back when the old Fox Kids site was still up & had info for Digimon 02 on it, these two had info that stated they had Myotismon’s DNA in them. If you pay attention to those two’s bodies, you will notice a lot of key features of the Myotismon line. Mummymon is a Mummy version of the standard Myotismon form (Undead, long skinny arms, tall frame with skinny waist). Arukenimon is a Spider version of VenomMyotismon with white hair instead of blond. She has a red mask like pattern on her face. She even has regular Myotismon’s purple lips.

I like them very much. Mummymon needs prior Evolutions. Arukenimon needs a better Mega Level tough. I did decide to make them a Couple in a Fanfiction im writing. A real couple. Arukenimon will probably be featured either as Enemy or Ally in the new Digimonstory Game. Because her Inspiration comes from Greek. Mummymon could work as a Doctor who treats Patients from Hydramons Poison. And Arukenimon could make Clothes for Heroes or Gods who fight against the Greek Monsters. Now only need to tie it together how they met or why they would be perfect for each other trough their Jobs or Motivation. Arukenimon is smart and cunning which could help the Main Character and Mummymons Talents are obvious. Maybe make it even a Quest to bring them together. Now that would be creative and beautiful to see.
If I remember correctly, Mummymon is actually a possible Ultra form of Wizardmon, who digivolves from Candlemon, or Impmon. This means you can cannonocally go from Impmon to Wizardmon to Mummymon to Beelzemon. Arguably, the fan favorites their respective seasons.
Both Arukenimon and Mummymon were quite memorable, and I remember being surprised the first time seeing that they had both human and Digimon forms. Between the two, I think I prefer Mummymon -- not only is he depicted as the sillier of the pair, but I also like how Ghost Game gave him a different personality: one that wants to help, but is misguided due to his origins as a mummy
Parasimon is such a downgrade. Going from literally one of the most uncanny, badass and cunning digimon to a butt-mouth parasite. Evo shoulda been emphasizing more on the spider queen aspect.
Quite a surprise! My favorite iteration of Mummymon is him becoming a doctor in digimon ghost game! :) Their human disguises we're cool especially the Arukenimon (or Arachnemon) one! Also remember how Karn pretented to think it was hot as a joke? Some of the do actually think that lol
Mummymon, his design infers that he uses his gun as a crutch to walk, but his Human Form walks just fine and I don't think he's ever actually seen using it as one.

I don’t even really consider these guys villains…..they were being used by Myotismon who promptly and easily disposed of them upon reveal….sure they were the “bad guy” up to that point,but when it got to the “big bad” reveal,you had to feel sorry for them as they got pummeled like crying babies
