My diet has been really bad lately. The vegan diet didn't help reduce my spell. However, I have been working on my mental health. Although, I work from home. I still get outside every day. I am in my early 50. I am getting too old to crucify mystery everyday for this smell.

It comes out of my bodily fluids, but I can get reactions from people even if I don't sweat when it's really bad
