Hello, It is definitely more than a hygiene issue. I shower and brush my teeth twice every day. I wear clean clothes. And, I still smell like poop. It's worse when I sweat.
I'm sure the comments are all gonna say "They're not washing/wiping correctly! " cause I'm assuming they'll have the same opinions like everyone else has. Edit: ding ding ding lol
I had tonsil stones that smelled like poop. I had my tonsils removed. The removal didn’t get rid of the odor. I had gum surgery and that didn’t help either. I found your channel and found out about TMAU.
Thank you for telling us about these, and it sucks that it didn't work. About 12 years ago I was planning to have my tonsils removed, but didn't. I likewise thought that tonsil stones were the root cause. During the exam/workup for the tonsillectomy, the ENT doctor said that I needed to "UP THE HYGIENE". I was seriously obese at the time (>60# overweight), and he said, with what sounded like narcissistic/sadistic pleasure, that it'd be good for about 50#...because post-op, that I wouldn't be able to eat. I now wish that I'd interrogated this AH, to get to the root problem, since, as we all know, most doctors are weirdky evasive about it.
Currently going through this right now I'm in my last year of Highschool feels like hell when I'm in school always get called out by people that I smell like shit in the hallways and grades also dropped having a hard time right now attemped to commit because at a point is was getting too much
I know exactly how you feel because I have had this issue for over 14 years. I was in the military when it started, It's like a roller coaster ride. Don't give up. Always choose life. Whenever you feel like no one understands you or you feel like you're the only one going through this, just remember that others are going through this with you. You are not suffering alone.
I was in the same position as you when I was in high school and college. Figure out a skill that you're good at, is in high demand, and you don't have to be around people that much for it. If you can develop that skill, you can at least work without having to deal with too many people
Anyway I'm doing better far more often for the first time in decades, I probably get about 30 to 50 grams of fiber a day or possibly more but (kratom) actually seems to literally be the best thing for me to actually feel like I completely used the bathroom and I think that's my problem! I also have been using supplemental fiber that I usually take each day and I stay away from plenty of foods but mostly (red meat and oils like olive oil) also I think I can have dairy in moderation and starch in moderation with noodles but if I think have an insane amount of fiber it is possible for me to even digest red meat and oil which have to be the worst problem for me and (milk) so I could have a lactose probably and not the worst problem with dairy in moderation.
@@bodyodorsufferers3952 Baked chicken with rice and peas or pork chops with baked beans. I'm not a big cook or eater so this is what I'll usually have nearly plain 5 days a week at minimum.
My issue appears to be the same as your. I think I gotten better about 50 % of the time with working with this method. Much better than 80% of the time and the odor is not as strong. My smell has gotten so strong that it seems to cover a half mile radius. Now it back to that seem where only a few people seem to smell it within a few feet. I think my neighbors are ready to burn my house down and trap me inside. No come outside when I go outside or all the dogs start to bark as soon as I step outside and neighbors start to blow the car horns or activate their car alarm. Most of my few friends still never admit smelling anything with many just stop coming around or invite me over.
@@melvinhart3773 I honestly think people have given me grief for no reason because they noticed I had an ongoing problem before. I don't think your neighbors smell you from a mile away, I think maybe they just noticed you had a problem before or maybe even someone told them something so your neighbors are probably just garbage people saying things to you. Usually I can tell if I'm having a problem, some foods make me extremely gassy and some foods almost immediately give me hemorrhoids or I feel like I have to go and can't and I think those are my three symptoms but I did in the past still have big mouths saying things about me when I'm sure I wasn't having a problem that day. Up how much fiber you take in and don't eat steak or beef or anything like that, do not cook with lard/grease or cooking oil and see how avoiding those two things goes and start having entire cans of peas or baked beans throughout the day and maybe even try (Kratom) in small doses although it is a drug and it could possibly be potentially dangerous so I'd suggest not going crazy with it like I do. I take 12-13 capsules a day but I think I'm addicted to it and I have been doing this for over a year or drastically up your fiber doses through fiber supplements and for me some fiber for some reason works better than other fibers like (peas work better than beans) I don't know why because beans have far more fiber and some supplements like (husk fiber) supplements seem to work better than other supplement fiber that doesn't say husk. I started out taking 6 capsules of kratom a day and noticed a big difference when I started taking it also changing my diet to usually chicken and peas helped a lot and high fiber cereal with (oat milk) since I can't have regular milk and oat milk does have plenty of fiber and this is my go to thing usually unless I cheat.

It's better for me when i sweat everyday
With today's science, we should be able to rectify someone who smells foul. Especially digestive issues.
I'm sure the comments are all gonna say "They're not washing/wiping correctly! " cause I'm assuming they'll have the same opinions like everyone else has.

I think in the near future, a lot of people will start smelling more. This will become common like cancer.
probably because of the nature of the foods we eat nowadays

Because we get dismissed by doctors and they still want us to pay them for absolutely nothing!
There's no information out there on how to properly treat this issue. It's shocking.
@@coleyod
Got links to that information?
@@bassx6071 It's more than likely got to do with gut health, and sibo causing odor. There's many theories but effective treatments are hard to come by

thanks for the advice man i went to multiple doctors and told them about my problem but they say that i dont have a smell
Appreciate the advise

Edit: Yeah, pretty much me being vegan has helped me. I'm not sure if that's the diet your on, but it at least reduces the reactions by a percentage.

Have you considered intestinal leakage(leaky gut)
Yes, I considered it but there's not really a test for it that you can ask a doctor about
