If you're referring to me (the one with the brown hair), yes! I tend to trim my hair often because I like it at this length. My model (my sister sitting in the chair) also has had her hair this length because she slowly cut of dye-damaged hair.
Currently still trying to figure out the perfect regimen especially now that my hair is getting longer leaving it more susceptible to breakage. I wear a bonnet to bed more often to help lock in moisture. I also make sure to moisturize my scalp at least once a week. Lastly, I tend to styl my hair in order to stop myself from touching it all the time (ex. braids, flat twists, etc. then pull them up into a bun). Now I'm going to try headscarves and wraps! I'll be uploading a video soon on my favorite styles I come up with :)

This routine is honestly all I do (I don't do much to my hair) once a month. Be sure to not do it if your sisterlocks are not mature. It'll cause them to unravel/lead to breakage. I just moisturize my scalp as needed throughout the month. I can make seasonal moisturizing videos as they come! But there is very little difference. between the routines.
