Kolkata, a city known for its rich cultural heritage and its contribution to producing world-renowned personalities, now faces a grave moral crisis. It is disheartening to see such a vibrant city and state marred by violence and mismanagement under the current leadership.
Witnessing this from California, I am deeply disturbed by the gravity of this crime. Such a heinous act is unprecedented, and it is alarming that the Chief Minister of West Bengal remains in power despite the increasing lawlessness.
I earnestly urge the people of India to ensure that justice is served-not only for the victim but also in holding those responsible for the state’s governance accountable. It is imperative that the Chief Minister resign and that swift, fair justice be delivered.
