      @Jezus nadchodzi I politely say, you're wrong.
Your assumption is that the Kingdom of God is all of heaven. It is not. The Kingdom of God is the new Jerusalem that will descend out of heaven to earth.
Jesus being the light inside the city where there is no shadow is what Jesus spoke of when he said
      Matthew 8:12
But the unfaithful heirs of that kingdom will be thrown into the darkness outside.
      .
You cannot lose your eternal life because you are in Jesus and The Father's hands. But if you become a child of God, you can lose the heavenly inheritance through things you practice.
      .
Galatians 5:19-21 International Standard Version (ISV)
19 Now the actions of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, promiscuity,
20 idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, rivalry, jealously, outbursts of anger, quarrels, conflicts, factions,
21 envy, murder, drunkenness, wild partying, and things like that. I am telling you now, as I have told you in the past, that people who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

There’s a reason the Bible doesn’t give us black and white answers like, “Here’s the line of how much you can sin before you’re no longer considered being a Christian” or “How far can I go before it’s sinful?” The Bible says FLEE from it, not get as close as you can to the fire without getting burned. We (and close godly brothers and sisters in Christ) are to keep ourselves accountable for our own actions. We are to test ourselves to see if we are truly in the Faith. It is so easy to deceive ourselves into professing Christ or living a “Christian life” while not at all being a Christian. And Lord knows we love to toe those lines the moment they are drawn for us. God knows our wicked hearts and selfish desires.

Paul did not say that he was a carnal Christian. He said, "Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it. Romans 7:20. In Romans 7: 21-25, Paul describes the spiritual warfare that goes on in the lives of all believers. He concludes that "God delivers" him through "Jesus Christ". Which is another way of saying that in the war with the "flesh" he is being victorious over sin in his flesh. So in truth, there is no such thing as a "carnal Christian"! I believe many have been confused or deceived into thinking that since there are those who sin most of the time, and still claim to be Christians, that they are "carnal Christians".
1John 3:4-9 makes it clear that those who sin most of the time or practice lives of sin are not "carnal Christians" but no Christian AT ALL.

Don't know if that is a sufficient enough answer for this tough question. It still leaves a lot of room for the hyper grace believers. The word tells us to search the scriptures. How many of us search the scriptures and meditate on them in order to know our God better and in turn become more Christlike. Very easy to skim over them and miss this opportunity for God's spirit to work in us. Yes, we will always struggle with sin but if you don't allow yourself to be convicted you deceive yourself. You can't rely just on preachers. A lot of them today don't preach to convict like preachers of old did. Their pay packets don't allow that. Just my thought on this topic.

Allen Parr is deceived and he will other lead you further astray. You cannot live in sin and still be saved.
There is only one truth from God and the rest is all lies that are being fabricated by the many who are lost and deceived. The vast majority of believers are so deceived in their beliefs that they foolishly believe that scripture is relating that they can never stop sinning. They clearly have no idea that God commanded us to live a holy and righteous life which can only be achieved by no longer sinning. Since we are all born in sin and in ignorance of God’s word and truth this is the reason why Jesus came into this world. Jesus came to forgive us of the sins that we have already committed and He came to teach us how to stop sinning through His Holy Spirit.
Jesus certainly did not come to forgive our past, present and future sins as many of the deceived desire to believe and there are no such scriptures that even back up that nonsense. This spoken untruth is having people believe that they can continue to sin and then simply repent and God will just forgive them over and over. This twisted reasoning would mean that you can steal and then repent, you can lie and then repent, you can murder and simply repent. You can keep committing whatever sin you desire and just repent afterwards and you will always be forgiven. Jesus came to call sinners to repentance which meant for them to no longer sin.
So to try and justify why they still sin many deceived believers will twist the meaning of scriptures like 1 John 1:8-1O or Romans 3:10, 3:23 and 7. For some foolish reason these lost souls desire to believe that Paul and the apostles continued to sin and they will often twist the Romans 7 scripture to try and back up their lies. These deceived believers fail to realize that we have all been sinners at one time in our lives and Paul was simply relating how he was a sinner until he was freed by knowing Christ. They clearly overlook how Paul related that he had died to sin and he was no longer a slave to sin in Romans 6.
Many also love to twist what the I John 1:8-10 is relating in order to justify their sin. This scripture is simply relating that everyone is born a sinner since we are all born in sin and ignorance of truth. It is saying that this is why we need to repent and confess our sins to God so that He will then forgive us. It is also stating that anyone who believes that they have never sinned is then calling God a liar. But nowhere is this scripture ever relating that a believer will always sin as those who follow the devil and his lies desire to believe.
The Romans 3:10 is relating that none of us are righteous since we are all born in sin and this is why we needed a savior to teach us how to stop sinning. Romans 3:23 is actually stating the same thing since we are all born in sin and we all fall short of the glory of God.
Many believers who are lost and deceived try to justify their sin by claiming that the apostles were sinners themselves and they will often use the scripture where Peter denied Jesus as their justification. When they do this nonsense they are clearly revealing their complete ignorance of scripture and they prove how they are being guided by a demon spirit and not the Holy Spirit. So did the apostles all sin at some time in their lives? They most definitely did since everyone is born in sin and in ignorance of truth. Now did Peter sin when he denied Christ? He most certainly did but many overlook how this occurred before Peter was sanctified in truth. Next, did Peter sin when Paul corrected him in Galatians 2? No he did not since Peter was following the Old Covenant laws that he was raised under and Paul was simply revealing how their old custom traditions should no longer apply under God’s New Covenant.
Many believers are so lost and deceived that they are not comprehending what scripture is relating and they do not understand that the apostles were originally sinful disciples who allowed Jesus to sanctify their heart in God’s truth. This meant that the apostles were sinners who willingly followed the teachings of Jesus and they allowed Jesus to teach them how to overcome their sins. This is why God then used them as His messengers and He gave them His power to heal. Read John 17:6-19 where Jesus prayed for His disciples sanctification to prove what I relate.
Another thing that the many deceived believers clearly overlook is how scripture relates that God does not listen to the prayers of sinners. God’s word never lies so this alone proves that the apostles could never have performed healing miracles if they were still sinners themselves. Jesus could work healing miracles because He was sinless and so God then answered His prayers. The apostles then reached the place where they overcame their sins as well and so this is why God then answered their healing prayers.
“Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him.”
      ‭‭John‬ ‭9:31‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.”
      ‭‭I John‬ ‭5:18‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
Scripture relates that anyone who is born of God does not sin and because they can no longer sin this is why they can no longer get sick since sickness only comes from sin and the devil. So if you can still sin and you can still get sick then that certainly proves that you are not BORN AGAIN. This is why many believers who live in sin and sickness will try and justify their afflictions by twisting the meaning of various scripture like claiming that Paul’s thorn in the flesh was a sickness. Many lost and ignorant souls desire to believe that Paul was always sick or that Paul was someone who had bad eyesight so allow me to reveal just how deceived these believers truly are since I will explain what Paul was relating in the 2 Corinthians 12:7-10 scripture. First, what does a thorn in the flesh do? Well it causes pain and suffering. So just as Jesus suffered in the wilderness by being tempted by Satan, Jesus then allowed a messenger of Satan to tempt Paul in order to make him stronger in the Holy Spirit.
“And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure. Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”
      ‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭12:7-10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
If Paul was able to remove the sickness from everyone who came to him then what could possibly make anyone believe that he was someone who had sickness in his own life? Couldn’t Paul just remove the sickness from himself as he did with those who came to him for healing? Plus if Paul was bitten by a venomous snake and yet it did him no harm how could anyone possibly believe that Paul was someone who could then get sick himself?
“Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him. Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.”
      ‭‭I John‬ ‭3:4-9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
So scripture clearly states that whoever sins does not know God and whoever sins is of the devil. Scripture also clearly relates that whoever abides in God and is born of God cannot sin and does not sin. So anyone who sins or anyone who believes that they can never stop sinning is simply a deceived believer who cannot comprehend what scripture is relating since they are blinded to truth. They are being influenced by the lies of a demon spirit and they certainly are not being guided by the Holy Spirit. There is no sin and sickness with God and there is no sin and sickness for the true children of God. So if you are someone who can still get sick then that alone proves that you have not overcome sin. You are deceived in your beliefs and you certainly do not understand the blessing that Jesus provided for all of mankind.

John taught the same gospel as Paul. John wrote to the same church as Paul. John was definitely not under the law and he preached to Jew and Gentile. He was also an elder of the church in Ephesus, which was a Gentile city in Asia Minor(Turkey). Everything that John taught applies to Gentile believers as well as Jewish believers. Remember, in Christ there is neither Jew or Gentile. "For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus."-Galatians 3:27-28.

Go back a Chapter to 1 John 2:1 "My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. And IF anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous"
A Christian will not live and dwell in sin, but if we do sin, We have an Advocate with the Father on our behalf. We stand on the Righteousness of Jesus Christ, not of our own righteousness.
We don't abuse the Grace of Christ by habitually practicing unrepentant sin. If so, you may have not truly been born again. But If a Christian sins, Jesius is there on our behalf. The Spirit given you will know you have sinned and will be repentant of if.
Thank God for the righteousness of Jesus Christ. I could not stand before him on my own righteousness. I throw myself at the foot of the cross and am fully dependant on His finished work.

So I tell you, do not feel defeated, do not succumb to it, stand up seek the Lord and be cleansed, don't hide your sins. Forsake them, flee from them then hold fast to God and consider him daily in prayer and thoughts that you wither not away and become unfruitful. God will prune every branch that bears forth good fruit, build up your faith and add to your faith all the things Peter mentions... (2 Peter 1:5-7)

However, if you sin, but didn’t plan to or maybe, just couldn’t seem to help yourself, then you are. Then Alisa wraps up by seemingly contradicting everything Allen said by basically saying that we can’t sin our way out of salvation, to which he says, Amen??

Hi Alisa and Pastor Parr, thank you both for such great content. I have learnt so much through your teachings and apologetic discussions. I have even signed up to Pastor Parr's online Bible studies. God bless you both. I have a little criticism concerning Pastor Parr's approach around this subject. I am not sure if Pastor Parr is aware of how he come across when handling the subject matter of believers practising sin in general. Your question was 'Can a Christian live in sin and go to heaven? It seem like a Yes or No answer to me, then Pastor Parr would buildup his answer base on scriptures. But, I have listened to a few of his videos on similar topic & I always walk away thinking he's tender on believers practising sin.. I am certainly not suggesting that he should start betting people up, because for many believers that are living in sin and struggling. They need to know that the the Lord loves them regardless of their sins plus they also need to see that love being demonstrated through brother's & sister's in Christ Jesus.
The Lord delivered me from my cage of sin about a year ago, but I must say that if I was watching some of Pastor Parr's videos on sin whilst I was still living in sin, I would have remained longer in sin. I say this because there is no urgency to stop sining in his teachings.. That's not what I get as the listener any ways!! I was struggling in the sin but I was still doing it and it felt like I was trapped. So, Alisa & Pastor Parr, if I had dead mins after the sins or during the sin, or the rapture occurred at that point, would I still enter heaven?.. God knows I love him, but I was still practising the sin even though my soul was ripped up inside, but I was still practicing sin. The Bible is pretty black and white on believers practising sin Revelation 22:15, 1Cor 6:9 & Gal 5:19-21all are describing those who will not enter heaven. We know that some believers still practice these things all the whilst struggling. I see Pastor Parr as a confident & assertive teacher/ preacher but on this subject, there is a lot of apprehension and blur. As a listener, there is no sense of urgency in his teaching when it comes to believer struggling yet practising sin. What I got from tonight is, as long as we give our lives to Christ, no matter what sin we are commiting, as long as there is a spiritual internal struggle & we want to stop. If we died in that state or if the Lord should returns at that point; we will still enter heaven into heaven with that sin stain. Plus, isn't true repentance by definition to admit the sin before God, ask forgiveness and turn away?.. We all sin, so this isn't about any perfect sinless human being. I am looking for clarity as his answers in my opinion seen vague and without urgency especially on such a crucial subject. I stumbled into a preacher online that preached with such urgency on letting go of sin.. That word gave me to courage and urgent to really repent so that the grace of God would deliver me. God bless you. 💜🙏🏾

The biggest question now is: will willful, habitual sin that also causes a repentant heart and anguish even though it's done daily (as it is a bad addiction) be something that prevents a true Christian from being taken in the Rapture? Are there qualifiers for the Rapture, or is it simply by Grace, to those who believe in Jesus's work, as is salvation? Or are there rewards in Heaven that will be lost to a carnal Christian for their habitual sin? Doesn't being born again (in the Spirit) automatically separate our flesh's evil deeds from our spirit which is said to already be Holy and Righteous because of the Blood of Christ? If our flesh cannot earn our place in Heaven, how can it take our place away FROM Heaven?

Christianity is not just about avoiding sin. But i believe it is also about growing and bearing the fruits of the holy spirit. When the holy spirit comes into you it will be like the smallest seed but would grow to be the tallest tree. The fact that youre still alive means God wills that you would keep bearing much fruit (love joy peace forgiveness patience kindness gentleness etc). For me instead of focusing on sin, lets analyze ourselves if we are bearing much fruit with the holy spirit. Jesus said those who do not bear fruit is cut off like branches and thrown into the fire... seems like focusing on sin wont be the culprit of losing your salvation.
And if youre really serious about christianity... even though youre not perfect and you may still be doing sin... i doubt you wont bear fruit... or atleast people would notice a continous improvement as they relate to you specially your closest relationships.
John 1 4:18 there is no fear in love but perfect love drives out fear. Because fear involves the expectation of divine punishment, so the one who is afraid is not perfected in love.

Here's how I see it, we are naturally sinners so it's easier and seems more desirable for us to sin. But when you get saved and become born again and know Jesus and have a relationship with him, you'll hate the things he hates. Will temptations come? Of course. Jesus was tempted too but Jesus also fled when the devil tried to tempt and in the same way we should too. When you feel that you're getting tempted or you have a weakness and makes you fall into temptation, we are to pray and flee from it. What I found when I was a baby Christian, is that I linger on the sinful things my flesh wants to do, therefore gave in. But as I further in my journey with God, I discovered that if I question that specific temptation it's easier for me to flee from it. Questions like " Does me giving in to his sin worth more than my love for God?".
Sorry if some things don't make sense, just look past the grammatical errors.

Great discussion. There's an interesting dichotomy that exist within scripture between the willful sinner and the willing Christian. The willful sinner can be summarized by the passage in 2timothy 3:2, where people ''will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient t _o their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God-and then there is the willing Christian who can be summarized in Romans 7, which highlights Paul's own struggle, and also his true and only hope in this matter:
For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!.
We can see a deep awareness of sin and an even deeper despising of its power, but with that knowledge we can see a deep awareness of the one who conquers it continuously on our behalf and an even deeper love for Christ because of His richness of mercy towards us when we do fall short--His kindness will lead the true Christian to repentance. Allan touched on this point of struggling very well. Its an issue of humility vs pride.

According to Jesus, it was the man who wouldn't even enter the temple, but asked God to be merciful to him that went home justified. Why do we so often seek to work our way around the clear message of the gospel as spelled out in Romans 3, and what possible certainty can there be for anyone when we do? This is the truth by which Christianity stands or falls.

Yes, salvation means God justifying the ungodly. It is deliverance from sin and it's consequences based on faith in the finished work of Christ on the cross, a preservation from harm, ruin, or loss, the process of crossing from death to life (spiritually), as said in John 5:24. "Truly truly I say to you, he who hears my word and believes him who sent me will not be judged but has crossed from death to life." As a saved individual, your crossing from "death to life" begins the moment you become saved, as Jesus lives inside you and gives you his eternal life. Interesting exchange. Two observations: First sin is not bad behavior and is not doing wrong or not doing right. Sin is wrong believing. Jesus referenced this in John 16:9. Bad behavior can be a symptom of sin but it is not sin. And second, there seems to be a focus on "sinful" behavior or lifestyle. Determining whether something is right or wrong, good or evil. This is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil which always brings death. This would be sin consciousness and a person walking in the Spirit is no longer sin conscious. Once we realize that we are clean, we are righteous and we are pure, we begin to live like we we actually are in Christ. Whatever we focus our attention on, we empower and tend to become what we focus on. Think on heavenly things.

If there is one thing that CS Lewis gets credit for is saying that there is a such thing as one having a "besetting sin." Like if someone who manages to come to Christ through faith in Him alone naturally has a paraphilia in their wiring that because of that is hard to resist. Like if one even to a light degree has pedophilia tendencies, homosexual tendencies, or always has any kind of a hypersexual condition and is addicted to opportunities that turn them on sexually and that they can even take to their private rooms to masturbate even to orgasm over, and even conditions like that. To add to what any of that kind of a tendency is a symptom of, how about one that easily gets drawn and distracted by fetishes?
I have always wondered spiritually what one can assume about how strong their walk with Christ against Satan can always be able to be when they have such besetting tendencies that also seems hard to properly treat when they realize what is harmful to themselves and others not to mention the order of God's Natural Law about having any of these kinds of conditions.
When we feel remorse for what perversion we have and more so the more unnatural we can see and feel that it is, if any amount of any of these are our issue, but at the same time can't resist the urge sometimes, it would be nice to know how much God can continue to forgive it and how we can always be able to stay pure from the devil's steps of victory over us every time we fail to resist it.
The same goes for if a Christian has the right kind of physical conditions that constitute acquiring an addictive personality, and if when you do get addicted to and physically dependent on substances (not to be confused with when it is a proper treatment that maybe we need for that time and can be managed right if it is ever possible to be able to get independent of treatment), and can't seem to shake it even if it's causing complications in your life and in your friends and family's lives as well. Something as monstrous as the infamous sin of pride seems easier to resist spiritually after being convicted and repenting of it than some of these other dangerous tendency sin producing conditions.
A good question goes the same for the kind of stuff mentioned above here that are harder for some of us to resist than others, even as born-again believers. What do you do about it?

I walked away from the faith for a few years because I was tired of all of the combative theology and frustration over how to interpret scripture. During my time following my own path, I met an amazing person woman and her 12 year old son and have been seeing her now for 2 years. We own a home together. Now I’m coming back to my walk with Jesus and find myself in an uncomfortable place. I don’t see how it would be Christ like to abandon them just because they don’t want to be saved at the moment. But if I stay and continue to be unequally yoked while living together and intimate, I don’t want to offend God.

The way to stay out of sin is by not projecting it out upon others. That's covered in Matt 6.14-15
14 “If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. 15 But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.
Actually, you will 'think' your Father will not forgive your sins.
If you think of others as sinful, you will think of yourself the same way, but it may be hidden in the subconscious. People who think they are sinful will fear retribution from God or the world if they don't believe in God.
"Judge not or you will be judged." That's judgement by yourself because God sees us as He created us, innocent, and in truth, we cannot override God's perfect creation, but the prodigal son thinks he can by making up his own world.

But there are levels of sin.
For example if I routinely murder people or sleep with people that a is higher level of sin than if I, say, get irritated with people on a daily basis. I routinely repent of sin but I am unsure of where I really stand with God. So could I lose salvation because of irritation?
And some things , I don't know if they are sin or not. e.g. Must I consult with God with every small decision in my life? If I don't, is that sin? I am unsure.
Certainly I struggle with sin. But on an every day basis, I am not living in sin.
Nothing is said here about unforgiveness. A few people in my family are alcoholics (I am not) and with 3 members I am estranged. I do forgive them but currently for my sanity, I dont relate to them. I find it difficult to know for sure I have done the right thing. Recently I reread parts of the Gospels and realised Jesus has something to say. about the situation. Sometimes you are the sinner, but sometimes you are sinned against. Jesus addresses both parts, so there is something for me to do.
I am autistic and alexithymic and they cause a significant amount of inner uncertainty in my life. I am now 63. I have never slept with anyone or had a single relationship ever because of A&A. Then again I never hear from God either. And I have been a Christian since 1982.

We have to make a distinction. There is a difference between someone who professed to be a Christian but never truly made that honest decision. This might be a spouse who says, yes I am saved because they want to get married or be accepted by a spouse. But they never were saved. Profession salvation is only part of this process. This is different from someone who made a life change in the heart and had true salvation and is now struggling with sin. You CAN'T lose your salvation if you were ever truly saved.

    1 John 5:3‭-‬4 NASB2020
Don't let anyone tell you that you can live in sin and be saved. The desires of your flesh are your sacrifice to God. They are not holy and never have been. Anyone who tells you that you can still be saved if you live in sin is a liar. Would you forgive someone who stole from you and then apologized only to steal from you again? Eventually you will realize that this person is not really sorry that they stole from you they are simply apologizing to avoid consequences. God is no fool. He will not be mocked. You mock Him when you repent and go and do the same sin over and over. How are you truly sorry if you repent for having sex with someone you are not married to only to get up with the plan of doing the same thing the next day? You are not repentant. You are mocking God and believing He's a fool who will forgive your blatant disregard for His commandments as if you could outsmart your Creator. You don't truly have faith and you are only deceiving yourself.
"But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not just hearers who deceive themselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in a mirror; for once he has looked at himself and gone away, he has immediately forgotten what kind of person he was. But one who has looked intently at the perfect law, the law of freedom, and has continued in it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an active doer, this person will be blessed in what he does."

You can put the flesh to death through true repentance/godly sorrow (worldly sorrow leads to a sin/repent cycle). You can be free from sin if you abide in Christ & walk in the light (I John 1). God's grace will instruct and teach you how to deny ungodliness & worldly lusts and help you live soberly, righteously, and godly (Titus 2:11-14). You focus more on sin than spiritual growth.
Jesus is the way, thru a personal relationship...

There is a shame that comes from the spirit and there is a shame of the world, I would say many in the world have shame at times depending on how far they fall down the hole, Unsaved drug addicts, Prostitute, Sometimes abortions or adultery can cause shame among the unsaved, But if we run to God, Its possible its the shame or sorrow that leads to repentance but there is a sorrow that does not lead to repentance also

Question: If the Bible says not to complain or argue, then are we allowed to argue with people?
    Thanks.

The only way to overcome sin is by the power of the Holy Spirit which we recieve when we are Born Again.
    Scripture says:
Colossians 2:11: "and in Him (Jesus) you were also circumcised with a circumcision performed without hands, in the removal of the body of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ,"
Jesus removes the flesh nature and we lose sinful desires. Not many people believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to enable them to be righteous and to live righteous. If one is not born again they cannot enter God's kingdom.
    Ezekiel ch 44-9
"This is what the Sovereign LORD says: No foreigner uncircumcised in heart and flesh is to enter my sanctuary, not even the foreigners who live among the Israelites."
Those who struggle with sin do not have the Holy Spirit. They are still under the law and they will be judged by the law. They are trying to control their sins on their own because they don't believe that Jesus removes the flesh nature when he baptises us with the Holy Spirit. They deny that the we can live without sin through the power of the Holy Spirit. It is their unbelief in the power of God to deliver them that keeps them from receiving true salvation.

I would say that not only can a Christian struggle with sin but that in fact EVERY human being struggles with sin. Jesus is the only one who struggled with temptation and was without sin and if we accept His sacrifice then that perfection is applied to us.
What matters most is the reaction to sin. I believe a Christian can sin so bad that God will take them out before they can cause more disgrace to the Body of Christ. That is how I read Paul’s exhortation to the Corinthians to stop taking the Lord’s Supper in an unworthy manner. That is the consequence of persistent unrepentant sin for the Christian.

Praying for you. Just remember that God is always with you. He is always by your side. This verse has helped me when I felt the same as you. I know how you feel. I'm still battling things too, we all are, but God has led through a lot of things that I thought I couldn't beat and I believe He will keep doing it as long as I am here. And I believe He will and is doing the same for you. God bless.
"No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

I understand the struggle. We are not righteous by our own deeds but our righteousness is in Jesus Christ. What I did to overcome the beast of sin through God's grace is I fasting for 7 days and presented it onto the Lord, day and night, night and day and I trusted Christ to do it without a shadow of a doubt. Sining is funny at the time but truly there is not true or peace in sin. Read the Bible regularly and watch out for the things that trigger you to sin and obtain from them. He will delivered you when you become sick of the sin A regular lifestyle or fasting and prayer will strengthen you spiritual against that beast of sin. Jesus is able.

You must crucify the flesh with it's passions and desires through a real repentance/godly sorrow and then God's grace will teach you to deny ungodliness & worldy lusts & help you live righteously and godly in this present world...as in NOW. Please search these things out. There is freedom in the truth to those whom seek God with a pure heart.

You didn’t answer the question, you defined sin but not the consequence of unrepentant wilful sin - heaven or hell?

Answers can always be found in Gods word.
“He that overcometh,👈 (sin) the same shall be *clothed* in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.”
    {Revelation 3:5}
-->Jesus does not cloth us in *his* righteousness over our filthy rags.
And hereby we do know that we know him, *if* we keep his commandments.
He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is *the love of God* perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
    {1 John 2:3-6}
Here is the preserverance of the saints, here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith *of* Jesus.
    {Revelation 14:12}

Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.
For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
      {Romans 7:12-14}
The law is like a mirror to a Christian, which the unbeliever doesn't have, because they are not guided by the Holy Spirit.
