To anyone on console you can put the vending machine thru the window wall and slap a reinforced glass window and still use it but idk if that reduces or increases cost due to splash damage from rockets hitting shop sticking thru a wall

Messed with my OCD. Video note: It would be nice to have the total material cost and upkeep cost listed.
@X3 Just for a note you do want to upgrade that window frame to sheet metal, because they could destroy it and shoot out TC. Once TC is broken they can rotate vending machines to get the loot.

No matter what door you have, a stone doorway will always be stronger or as strong a the door you have on it, the only benefit of upgrading to sheet metal is that it could be easier to seal during a raid, I wouldn't recommend that because its just a shop base. Its just cheaper to use normal doors over garage or armored and costs the same as going through walls, so garage doors wont make the base any stronger. @@X3Rust mine isn't drone accesible, but i messed up the placement of the 1st machine so the 2nd is placed a bit diagonally...it thought the only consequence would be people can see inside...wondering if there was an update, or if my placement is causing both vending machines to not be drone accessible (even though the first is placed almost like you did, just not close enough to the corner)

Well its pretty obvious that without the second vending machine you can see the tc from the outside. If you wanted one I have a seperate tutorial or you could just add a door frame and put the vending machine in there.
Raid stone wall (185 explo), soft-side ceiling / wall and you're in. Or Raid horizontal embrasure (173 explo), shoot out TC, wait for decay. Downvoted.
@@yourtruefan1893 I tried and soft siding the wall and ceiling, it's impossible if you placed the vending machines correctly. Taking over a vending machine base and waiting for it to decay isnt worth it 95% of the time. Even at that, I dont think the shop "sucks"

Just upgrade the wall to metal. It costs virtually nothing on the upkeep. Also if there is items in the vending machine it cant be rotated.

You cant let the wall stone. If you do it, they can easily splash TC and turn the VMs around.

Rotating the vending machines doesnt do anything, but you can upgrade the wall to metal.

You cant soft side the ceiling or wall after breaking the stone wall, and waiting for decay after breaking tc is slow, and not even worth the time.
