- Just a simple video of my first time trying the lightning run in the BTTF mod for GTA 5. Guess I timed it pretty well huh? Lol. Not going to lie,not a huge fan of this game anymore. Since its been beaten to the ground so bad its left a crater. But make no mistake,this mod and mods just like it. Are absolutley incredible! This and a 5 dollar steam deal months ago was enough to get me to pickup this game again to mess around with this kind of stuff. Even though I beat the game already like what 10 years ago? Or however long its been lol

Imagine somehow creating a mod where travelling through time essentially loaded you into a different game like RDR2 or Cyberpunk.

Dude, that first warp is so epic. Everything works out so perfectly, I’ve come back to rewatch it multiple times. You almost hit that oncoming car on the way up to 88 where the character says “Whoooo, gettin’ close!” Then BAM, time warp (really nice effect with the license plate that I haven’t seen in other mods).
Upon re-entry, people are freaked out about the car & then the cops light up their sirens & go “Stop the vehicle, stop the vehicleeee!” Everything about it just seems so cinematic. Kudos to you, man.

What would really top it off is if instead of the car just vanishing it instantly switched over to that corresponding location of Los Santos in GTA San Andreas, graphical downgrade and all.
I am totally impressed. It is incredible you had replayed the mythic scene of the best movie ever done (for me hehehe), 10 out of 10!!

This mod is quite a pain to use, I tried to get it to work. Only for it to always crash my game after downloading it.
The original Vice City mod was literally my first exposure to Back to the Future. It’s apparently being still updated even to this day!

You're extrmely lucky to get it to work at 60 FPS. Unfortunately, I'm stuck at 20 FPS and don't know how to get it any higher.

How do you set the alarm clock? I haven't figured that out
O in first person
Yes press O on your keyboard in first person and then you can set the time by minutes and seconds and make sure to hit the prompt to set the alarm.

@@Ch1mpman1 not really you can start anywhere just as long as you get up to 88 before you hit the wire with the lightning bolt. I just choose there cause it has the crosswalk similar to the start line. The lightning will strike at exactly 10:04 so you also have to time it really well with your distance.

Yeah unfortunately the mod isnt that advanced to actually change the environments based on the year. But maybe someday in some game that can be possible. Though sounds like it would still be a programming nightmare.

@@Skater-uq1gm There is a game called "No Time" that you can find on Steam. Using a Delorean, you can travel through time from 0001 AD to 2030, and the map changes depending on the year. That's a fantastic game you should check out!

i'm 4 months late but yes and it also changes the traffic depending on the year example: if you're in 2013 and go back to 1955 there would be less traffic than in 2013 so it's a pretty cool detail
