  • Feeling stressed, anxious and scared these days ?
    Science proves that there is only one emotion that can replace these negative emotions. There is only one antidote to fear :
    It’s gratitude !!
    It triggers a release of healing hormones as you start focusing on things that you have / things that give you energy / things that comfort you - rather than things that you don’t have/ things that bring you down or create panic.
    The moment you shift perspective towards realising that you are indeed lucky in many ways....... that’s when magic starts to happen.
    So start thinking right now - what is it that you are truly grateful for ?
    Write it on a piece of paper - think about them - join your hands as you do this - close your eyes and simply give thanks.
    Before you know it you have created a shift in your mind !!

    that was awsome raageshwari you inspire allot we humans feel bad on little things get upset and stress on things which are not worthy you are live example that how you should lead your life and be grateful to whatever we have rather then we don't,you set a thorough example about how worthy our life is and how greatful we should be for it😘😘🤗🤗
