I been watching your video everyday. After watching for close to 2 weeks I realise there are still agent sending new condo launch info via WhatsApp to me this is like shooting blank. Tonight I saw another agent standing near a property banner indicating 10 EC there is always one that suit u. Oh my god!!! I think they belongs to the agent of the past. If this two strategy still can sell or make money I can only say they are lucky. To me they need to be like u. Provide value added service what to buy where to buy with your advise on how to make sure next 3 yrs for new project can Huat !!!! Thanks for all the useful tips in your video. Jia you
Shiok wah! I just bought a beautiful resale condo in queenstown mrt 2 year old condo, Hurray. No more waiting for new launch .... get keys straight away and rent out immediately!!!

After watching your videos, I realize the importance of building a property portfolio ASAP, hence I am going to settle for a standard HDB rather than plus or prime. Would that make more sense? Also is there a way to decouple if we are applying as 2 owners for BTO? Cause we likely need a higher loan to finance the BTO.
Hello Eric, for a budget of $1.5m+ and only looking at Tampines - It seems like Arc at Tampines is the best in terms of quantum and not compromising on size… i know it’s the dreaded “Tampines corridor condo stretch”, but it seems like it’s the best buy for now. What do you think? 😢
