WOW!!! WHAT A JOURNEY BACK TO MY HOME TOWN!!! Just came across this video. You took me down sad and happy memory lane - saw my brother's tomb in Paradise Cemetary, then you really showed me Naps grounds. My family lived just next to the entrance to the grounds, and you spent the most time highlighting that area.Thank you so very much. My four brothers attended Naparima College, and my Dad was employed there as well, so our lives were well entrenched in everything "Naps". My gosh, right now I feel so emotional, and nostalgic. I will definitely continue to watch your channel. The videography is excellent. Thank you for sharing this video, which I'm sure will delight the hearts of many San Fernandians living abroad, as I do. Blessings to you for continued success👍
It's according what you may call high raise san fernando has few buildings 8 or 6 floors but one building over 15 floors san fernando teaching hospital
Thanks to the visionary Patrick Manning... although they fight him down, if wasn't for him, most of the few high rise buildings and gems like NAPA and SAPA would have never been built. Manning also had plans for much more, but he lost elections and then his health spiraled, now he has passed on. POS may not see another brave undertaking like Manning did for a long time, at least from the Government... any new skyscraper we get will most likely be from thr private sector... as for Sando, maybe their share of the cake is here... there are plans for skyscrapers as part of the San Fernando Waterfront Project... you can research it online. The sad thing is, our construction progresses at snail pace, so we'll be lucky if the project advances to the skyscrapers part before a new government comes in power and squashes the project all together out of pettiness. POS, Sando, Chaguanas, Arima, Princes Town and Sangre Grande has so much potential to be beautiful cities, trust what I am saying... is just that our governments don't give a damn about that. If only they took note from U.A.E, Qatar, Singapore, China, Egypt, Kuwait and Bahrain... anyways, Guyana will come up and pass us. A sweet bridge is already under construction over the Demerara, it'll be a tourist attraction in itself.
