I have found that if the plant have too much light they go black . This especially happens if under grow lights . I am in England not noted for great amounts of sunshine. If they do go black , say from too much light from lights in the winter , then placing them in lowish light will bring them back to green in about 5-10 weeks
I have one of these haworthias and its variegated. Any tips to keep this variegation? Alot of new growth dont have that beautiful variegation. THX. NEW SUB!!
Don't worry, they will grow variegated babies. Then when the babies are bigger, separate the variegated from the non-variegated and continue to propagate them to produce more variegated babies :)
Can i ask a question? Newbie here. I have the same hawo as the one on the video, their leaves looks plump but if i touch it its actually not. I figured it might be underwatered but I'm scared if over watering it. Any suggestions? I water it once a week
if the leaves feel mushy and soft when touching, it's a sign you're overwatering! the leaves will shrivel a bit and the tips might dry out if it is under watered. hope this helps!
@@sushii-mi4917 that's pretty standard for haworthias, i water mine once a week too. as long as they look healthy, there's no need to worry :) i wish you and yours a happy journey!
Water by standing in water for 2-5 hours .....about half way up the pot . I per week might be too much if you are in a temporate country ( eg England) . Over watering can produce soggy leaves that will die . If the leaves a slightly wrinkled then it is lacking water
They survive in my room. My trick is to never ever EVER go below 65 degrees Fahrenheit. when i feel very hot i always make sure my AC is at 69 or 70 but i NEVER let it go lower than 65

How to care tiny pubs of haworthia
if they have roots, care the same as big ones. If they don't have roots, keep the soil moist until they grow roots
Can haworthia survive in an airconditionsed room at night?
I haven't tried but it might as long as they get a good bright morning sun. please update us if they survive in your room
