About the nightmare part, I think I also had so many nightmares when I was a kid but I didn't remembered them when I woke up. My mother used to tell me that I was screaming and moaning in my sleep but when I woke up, everything was fine. Went on with my day like nothing happened. I wonder what caused for me to experience those kind of sleeps.
