The best "natural spring" is seeing your family grow together in health, harmony and happiness. "Just go and find it", you said in this video. We love it when you show your girls helping make family decisions. You're another reason we watch full-timers. Take care and Thank you for sharing your experiences.
Winner, winner chicken dinner Corey! Good job! It is always your favorite pair of earrings when you lose one. Thanks for this great video! You make every video so wonderful it truly feels to the viewer that they are along with the Family! There is such love and respect for each other in this family and is so sad and rarely seen these days! You are so very very blessed! Happy and Safe Trails!
This was a great video and the pictures really showed the beauty. I am a FL resident and RV all over here. Plus at 65 the state gives us a 50% discount at all the parks. I’m 73 and doing this so you seniors out there turn off your tv’s, get off the couch and like these folks say, Find Your Something! Also, there are 8-9 parks here built by the CCC. There is a small CCC museum at O’Leno SP near High Springs, FL and a big one at Highland Hammock near Sebring, FL. FL has a fabulous park system and discovering it is a wonderment. Wait till you discover the old utopian society compound that was turned into a state park, Koreshan SP in Edisto, FL. They have an old belt driven wood shop and even a 1926 Fairbanks-Morse diesel that still can make power and runs every Saturday. The parks are “the Real Florida”. Thanks for sharing and keep up the great family adventures!
Dave Holcomb such great information! Thanks for sharing! We have so much more to see in Florida and so much more history to experience! Can’t wait to check out some of your suggestions! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!
Great Vlog!!! I Enjoyed the ride.😊 Florida is So Beautiful. This Vlog should be on Tv as an Advertisement. One thumb up is Not enough! TH-cam need an Instant Million Button. I'll press it every video. Thank You for Sharing!
Renee' S. Such a fun comment to read, thank you, and thanks so much for watching . I’ll figure out that million likes button and make sure to put it in your hands😎
I agree, those trees were better than listening to the info! I wish I had known about those springs when we were there in 2009. We spent 2weeks there. Drove from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale then down to Key West then back up to Kennedy Space Centre to not watch the shuttle take off. (Lightening hit or near missed it the night before), then flew out of Orlando. It was wonderful. Got to “rassle a gator”! & go on an air boat in the everglades. Two things on my bucket list from a little girl watching Gentle Ben.
Libby Olson that sounds like a great trip! You will just have to go back for the springs😃 alligators are fascinating! We spent some time with alligators while volunteering at the Everglades outpost (video a couple posts ago) shuttle launches are fickle, we tried to see one that kept getting delayed also. Glad you liked that part about the trees😂 thank you for watching!
Finding Our Someday We are planning on buying a trailer & taking off for a couple months at a time in 3years (retirement). We absolutely loved Key West...the creative vibe there meshed with our being. The Springs are another draw now! We’re in southern Alberta...you need to make your way up here for our hot springs & the Rocky Mountains-they’re different from the Colorado Rockies (bigger).
Libby Olson the northern Rockies blew us away! We drove up through Banff and jasper into Alaska last summer. We loved liard hot springs. Those video are coming. We are waaaay delayed on our videos, the next video is us heading north to Maine then across and up through Canada and into Alaska. You live in a beautiful area!
Finding Our Someday I look forward to seeing the videos! I drove the Icefields Highway for years as a shortcut to Prince George (family home). One trip I decided to drive & enjoy it like a tourist. I stopped often to photograph the mountains. It is beautiful. I can see the mountains from my bedroom window on a clear day. Banff is 90 minutes away.
You are so blessed. We never followed our dreams, when we were young and in good health. Now, all the years have passed. We can't even drive far anymore. That's why I love watching the TV vlogs. I get to all it all while someone else drives.
Julia Faze the history is absolutely amazing, so rich! I wish I could talk to your dad about his experience, I bet he has some amazing stories! 3Cs that’s interesting, I haven’t heard it that way before, or I’m just not paying enough attention 🙈 thanks for the comment and for watching😂
Video was well done and the ideas about pulling off the road was priceless. It takes so much patience to decide to stop along the way. What a nice family.
I’m impressed you found the earring! Looks like a beautiful spring. We went to Ichnetucknee state park a few weeks ago and were really excited about it - I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the springs! There is a great CCC museum at Highland Hammock state park, as well as some very unique trails to put on your list next time you are in Florida.
Elementary Explorers yeah we got lucky with the earring , it was all the way over on the other side of the pool, if it went into that grass it would have been impossible to find! You’re the second to recommend that CCC museum, definitely going to have to check that out and some more trails next time we’re down in Florida!
Being native Floridians and living 7 blocks from beach we appreciate the beaches, but the Florida springs are truly amazing. So glad you guys enjoy it too. Lou💚
We’ve been to so many of the Springs in Florida, but still haven’t made it to Juniper... thanks for sharing, it looks amazing!!! Adding it to our after Alaska list! ❤️
Venture Wild all the springs are pretty incredible, we cut our teeth on juniper though and it will always be our favorite! We should be back there this winter as well. Maybe will catch you there😃
New subscriber here, loved the video. We are from pensacola and was happy to hear you mention us :) we are currently considering purchasing a travel trailer and these videos are pushing us to buy lol
Lost a fishing rod while ice fishing. It got pulled down a hole by a fish. Got it back about 1/2 hour later with the fish still on the hook. Really enjoy your videos and the information you provide on the campgrounds that you stay in. We use your videos to help create our bucket list for our travel plans. Since we have 2 small dogs it would be nice if you would include whether the sites are pet friendly during your reviews. Sometimes it’s obvious if you see people with dogs in the background but not always. Take care, safe travels and looking forward to the next one already.
Jd 338 I’m sure there’s an interesting story how you got the rod back😂 glad we can help with the bucket list! I’ll have to think about the pet stuff. We don’t have pets so it’s not something I always pay attention too, I’ll try an add that! Thank you for watching!
We went kayaking down the river in Weeki Watchee Springs. Highly recommend it! We saw two manatees, one of them actually swam underneath our kayak! They have a live mermaid show. We didn't go to it but I would bet that your girls would love it!
Gilchrist Blue Spring is my fav. I have camped there a couple of times in the last 2 years. The facilities are nice and the spring is amazing with great canoeing opportunity. Plus Ginnie Spring and Poe spring are both great spots to hit when you are in that area. Although Ginnie i would avoid during peak times due to the amount of drunken college people. The little town of High Springs is absolutely adorable and a must see if you go to the area. Just outaide of Gainesville. Best wishes to y'all.
Marie Lange we love hearing about that kind of stuff! The CCC did some incredible work. We continue to learn more and more in our travels about what they accomplished in such a short period of time.
So glad you showed this episode. We are doing a "Springs Break" Summer Vacation trip this summer. Weikiva Springs, Salt Springs and Manatee Springs this June. We will definitely visit Juniper while at Salt. (Our rig is to big for Jniper) Thanks again.
Paul webb that sounds awesome! What rig do you have ? If your a 40 ft class A probably not but a 40ft wheel maybe. We’re 36.5 long with our TT. Like you see though, it’s super close to salt springs. Thanks so much for watching, glad it was helpful 😃
Very Nice! Welcome to the natural Florida I've known most of my 58 years. Other options for future visits are our state parks. A few I'd recommend O'Leno S.P.(another great C.C.C. project), Suwannee River S.P., and Ft.Clinch S.P. (located on Amelia Island and in the historic town of Fernandina Beach) lots of sharks teeth to be found on the beaches there. Love your choices of what to see natural rather than Disney.
Realized I've been sitting here for a couple hours enjoying your videos and havent subscribed yet. So I just hit that button! Keep up the great work! We are in the beginning planning stage of hitting the road and it cant get here fast enough!
Rainbow River/Springs in Dunnellon is spectacular! The state park has a tubing trip, but the best thing to do is rent canoes at the county park, paddle upriver, get out and float back down while snorkeling!
Finding Our Someday Yes!!! Ya gotta try Rainbow Springs. We love taking the kayak there and going from the campground to the right towards the head spring. Then on the way back you can just let the current carry ya! 😁
A couple suggestions right down the road from salt springs is Silver Glen springs no camping there but worth the stop. And for the best camping and springs Alexander Springs. You all were surrounded by great places to camp and explore.
This is an awesome looking place!!! We wanted to go last summer but ran out of time. We are gonna most definitely try and book something now! Great video!!! Thanks for all the info!
I am loving your Florida videos!! We are planning a Florida trip from Maine next summer and I am adding some of these amazing spots to our list!! Thanks for sharing!
Alright.. I thought I liked you.. Now I know I do! Good job not freaking over the snake! Haha! We have people leave here all the time because of our critters. Lol! Loved the video! I’ve never been too Juniper. Glad you went. Springs are amazing. So different than here. Less salty. lol! I love that old history too. Definitely need more structured projects like that. Job creation Rocks! Happy safe fun travels to your adorable little family! 🍀
kimmie koolbeans Dont commit to liking us, that’s dangerous 😳😂 we got over being nervous around Florida critters while volunteering at the Everglades outpost 😎
Ricky Breaux we haven’t done those springs yet, We want to do them all eventually, I think there are like 37 ish major springs and 300 medium sized ones. The goal is the 37 not the 300😂. Thanks for watching 🙏
I swam juniper springs too few years ago, very nice, but sure didn't have and drone footage, cool. Can't wait to use my new, already crashed, drone like you do yours. Stationed at Patrick Air Force base 40 years ago, wish you had more footage of there, 😁. Wow 40 years ago. Lol, may have more editing of comment once watch full video. Too busy trying to find how to's on drones, lol.
I do not like or rather comment ver often. I found you from you know who. Ljmj I'm old but not ancient. Lol but have my lil rv a rialta. You inspire me to do it. Spent the winter up in NJ largely for upgrades and general maintenance.
Kevin Sterner well sir, I’m honored you took the time to comment! Happy to hear we were encouraging to you! Summer is almost here, let the adventure begin! What’s your first trip? Thank you for watching 🙏
@@FindingOurSomeday Its definitely worth the trip! In the middle of nowhere! Lol. I'd be happy to share my pictures with you if you have an email or something and would like to see it 😊
BLUE SPRINGS in Orange City has MANATEES!! Just South of Deland! Central Florida is AMAZING!! And DE LEON SPRINGS is also close to Deland. IT'S A MUST SEE AREA!!! Is Nanny's RV still available?
Oh wow! Looks like an awesome trip! We are actually in St. Augustine off of CR210. Need to really get to the springs before we sell EVERYTHING and start RVing full time next year! Still looking for our rig and are looking at Class C’s! Jess, your Nanny’s RV looks about what we are looking for. What year is it?
Sam Trigg that was and iPhone 7 Plus on a gimbal. The underwater stuff was a GoPro 5 . The majority of our filming is on a canon M6 and 11-22 and 18-150, and a DJI mavic pro for a drone . Hope that helped 😃
I absolutely love the Natural Springs in FL. One in particular and forgive me I don't remember the name it was the mid 80s. While living in Ga. We went on 2wk vacation with my boyfriend's boss they had a vacation house on the Suwannee River which leads in to the Gulf. They had about 3 different boats. So one day my boyfriend and I went out by ourselves we were out in the gulf for sometime. But on our way back got out of the gulf and happened upon one of the most beautiful Springs I've seen in.Fl. ( they are all stunning) anyway so Crystal Clear you could see beautiful look to me like tropical fish swimming everywhere like you'd see in an aquarium truly. And I'll never forget getting off boat and using the wooden outhouses basically the tiniest frogs I've ever seen and they were NEON green. The bathroom was literally covered with them hoppin everywhere 😆 unfortunately all the Natural Springs are only 75° year round. Much too cold for my Rheumatic disease. But FL. Does have ONLY one natural Mineral Springs. Outside of and very close to Venice. That you're able to swim in its temperature is 85/ 87° yr.round. That feels great it is really pretty too! Another great video guys thanks for sharing with us. I forget how quickly kids age 😆 your girls look so much younger! You guys look the same 😆 As always safe and happy travels💗p.s. one night the boss took us by boat (that's the only way we ventured anywhere 2 wks) friends of theirs for a Huge barbecue every kind of food you could think of all delicious. That was my very first time eating white corn.( bbq too) originally from Co. White corn was considered not edible for people it was referred to as horse corn. 😆 Omg that was the best sweetest corn I've ever had in my life! 😆 of course now white corn is my fave. But I truly haven't had it as good as that time.. don't know if corn is still considered that way in Co. that was as little kids in the 60s when we had horses.😘
A while back you guys hung out with less junk and helped them detail their truck and trailer and used some sort of ez wax, wash n wax, spray wax or something. I am trying to find out what that was. I need a good product for my truck protection and I hate paste waxes.
I went to Florida from 1974 to 2010 and went everywhere, but never once went to a spring, now I'm old and handicapped and feel terrible that I never got to see them.
My little women would have jumped on top of the truck if she ever saw that little green snake way to go, mom, we went to some alligator place just outside of Orlando and they had trail's with signs watch for snakes and she would not walk them. city girl what can I say
No, you would probably need 1k amp hrs of Lithium to do that. That’s about $8k in batteries give or take😳 we just plan out trips to make sure it will at least drop below 75 at night if we’re boondocking , then the vent fans can keep it at that temp.
What’s the last thing you lost in the water and did you find it? 😃
Finding Our Someday GoPro 4 in Cummins Falls Tennessee, never found it. Someday I hope someone finds it and recovers footage lol
journey2fifty I think we’re actually going there next week, I’ll keep an eye out😉
Thank you! Lol. Enjoy, It’s an awesome hike to the water fall.
I lost a Diamond Ring yrs. ago & Never found it.. I was sooooo upset I couldn't find my ring... & I THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!! HUGS TO ALL!!!

Great video photography and very educational! We have a CCC camp near us in the Adirondacks in upstate New York.

J-9 Mattocks it’s a 2014 28z thor elite with 7.5k miles. Definitely visit the springs, sooo close to you!
Wow! It's a long way from British Columbia but maybe one day!
Fred Rosebush it is a long way! We saw the northern lights in BC, so incredible! I hope you can make it down to Florida soon!
Question what are you using to film as your walking around? I saw a shadow of a phone on a gimbal or GoPro?? Also in the water??
Sam Trigg that was and iPhone 7 Plus on a gimbal. The underwater stuff was a GoPro 5 . The majority of our filming is on a canon M6 and 11-22 and 18-150, and a DJI mavic pro for a drone . Hope that helped 😃
Are there alligators in the springs? If so how do you know where it’s safe to swim? Thanks again.
Robin Custer there are no alligators in the main pool. It is checked every morning, and it would be very easy to spot an alligator.
First love the videos... What time of year did you go to the springs in this video?
Andy Lizanich this was middle of April. Thanks for watching 😊
What a beautiful area. Any mosquito problems?
None when we were there, I’m not sure what it does in the summer though?
When are you coming to Washington?
Miguel IPad we might be back there this summer, I’m not sure😃
The springs are the onnnnly reason I want to go to Fl.. Thanks. U can I.D. The ones u can swim in alligator and snake free.
Shilow Dawn the springs are a great reason to go to Florida 😎
I kept waiting for an alligator sighting! Whew!!
Your back
Were here to stay😃
Your photog. Is so good I bettcha will get up to 33000 sub.s pretty fast.
A while back you guys hung out with less junk and helped them detail their truck and trailer and used some sort of ez wax, wash n wax, spray wax or something. I am trying to find out what that was. I need a good product for my truck protection and I hate paste waxes.
Can’t wait for your next destination. It appeared you plugged in to your electricity without a surge protector, protect your investment.
Hasband of the year goes to Cory says Matthew...
Haha, I got lucky😃
👍👏👌
WesJaxRozdabBanG thanks for watching!
I went to Florida from 1974 to 2010 and went everywhere, but never once went to a spring, now I'm old and handicapped and feel terrible that I never got to see them.
Juniper: “It’s not a planet, it’s a spring!” 🙂
DDLM Whitt she kept saying it! I was like, seriously😂
My little women would have jumped on top of the truck if she ever saw that little green snake way to go, mom, we went to some alligator place just outside of Orlando and they had trail's with signs watch for snakes and she would not walk them. city girl what can I say
Lawrence Constantine 😂 after spending so much time at the Everglades outpost that little snake was nothing😃
When your boondocking will your batteries run your ac overnight?
No, you would probably need 1k amp hrs of Lithium to do that. That’s about $8k in batteries give or take😳 we just plan out trips to make sure it will at least drop below 75 at night if we’re boondocking , then the vent fans can keep it at that temp.
@@FindingOurSomeday Thank you! We really enjoy your channel and your adventures!
You*re driving south?
Shilow Dawn headed north😃
The big salty one is scarey. Salt water means it mixes w ocean gulf water. Not so clean.
Isn,t that great??w atepr clean enuf to spot a earring!
Shilow Dawn it’s amazing 😃
I was watching the first time and then it stopped
There was a copyright issue(not our fault), very frustrating... we got it sorted. Have been re editing the last few hrs.
All that vegetation is claustrophobey.
Shilow Dawn so lush 😎
