thank you for wonderful concept of the bio gas plant. But i have one doubt will the digester get overloaded if we give more than required? i mean will it take the gas storage space too? leaving no storage to gas production will this plant work?

I AM realy impressed. I AM a RURAL person with civil engineering back ground. Can you provide specific drawing to make it properly. ONE POINT IS, HOW DIGESTED SLURY WILL GO TO HYDRAULICS CHAMBER , AS TOP LEVEL OF SLURY MAY NOT ALLOW FOR GAS AREA. AS SHOWN IN THE DRG.

Will someone explain and suggest me good ways to maintain the temperature of bio gas digester to about 37 degrees . I want a good insulating to retain the heat .. it would be good to hear some insulation techniques plz ..
Try covering the digester with aluminium foil, and don't keep it outside, try keeping it in a room

La sortie (outlet) n'est pas fonctionnelle car la pression du gaz ne sera pas (ne doit pas être) assez forte pour faire remonter les flux .... Hydraulic chamber ne peut pas se remplir complètement, c'est trop lourd !!!!.., elle est trop ''haute'''.... ainsi dans le digester l'espace ''gaz'' risque d'être trop réduit.....
1°) --La hauteur du pass ''outlet'' peut être variable ou bien il faut un ''élévateur''...
2°)-- il y aura des dépôts (vases) lourds au fond du digester... il faudra les évacuer... par aspiration ou...???...???...????.......
En résumé:...Outlet doit être facile, contrôlé, permanent ou séquentiel, et avec extraction des boues se trouvant au fond du digester... ainsi ce sera parfait!!!!... by..
