To understand the movie first they need to understand the concept of Bhrahma-Vishnu-Mahesh. Bhrahma- the creator Vishnu- the preserver Mahesh(Shiv)- the destroyer
The character Shiva is a reference from lord Shiva who dances when he became angry ,which is called (Tandava),,, so that's why in this movie Shiva also dances after killing of opposite character.(great refrence by raj b sheethy.
There is a saying about Shiva(God)-> "Shiva Abhisheka priya" translates to "Shiva loves to be wetted" in accordance to this saying everytime Shiva in the movie thrashes/kills someone he is either wetted with their blood or water.
That Birthday thing in the beginning was a mistake. He said Bartene which in Kannada means I'LL SEE U LATER (Its bad omen to say I'm going... Ppl always say I'll come back in local culture)
