@@BudgetModeller It's the"new" Airfix 1:72 vintage classic. I've found it to be a great little model. Yes, there are seam lines, and while some are quite thick due to minor mis-alignment, but there's no flash. As I mentioned, there's a big gap (5 mm on my model) but I found that easy enough to correct by using the coffee cup hack. I'm building it "naked"... ie without paint as I bought a second. €12 (approximately £10) each.
Think you ha d better do a run down to your local DIY store for a selection of Masking Tapes, as I think you will need them - all them stripey Stripes.
Be wary the Meng depiction of the camo patterns is wrong. The angles are off. They are showing 45 degrees on the wings. They should be more like 10 degrees.
@@BudgetModeller yep it arrived bits all over inside the box only sprue they didn’t touch was the clear one. I got a refund but it wasn’t the point but be careful ordering from China the customs service there have there moments. There was no need to do it as all in clear bags as they all are. 30-40 pieces all over bottom of box I’ve got it here not gone completely through it item by item because as you know the A7V is a lot of parts. So just be careful and expect the unexpected

It came from China via AliExpress, I’ve spoken to the suppliers and it’s all been resolved 👍👍👍
@@BudgetModeller I had similar but it was customs the removed every sprue from clear bags on a ww1 German tank from meng completely destroyed it
