From milk to cheese in 10 minutes, without rennet!

    Seriously, you only need milk (store-bought is fine, although fresh is best), and vinegar. Just heat up 1 gallon of milk to very warm but not hot, add a cup or so of white vinegar, salt to taste (we used about 2 Tblsp), and liquid smoke flavoring (if desired)...here's a link to the exact liquid smoke we used in this video, if you wanna try it: amzn.to/2lON13m ...finally, melt small portions in the microwave for about 3 minutes. Delicious!
    We often make a small batch at night time as a snack...it's so easy that homemade cheese can even count as a last-minute snack idea. Crazy, right?!
