You have to go to the condiments bar where they have a lot of sauces, hot chili, onions, peppers, etc., and create dipping sauces. Some places will have different types of marinated meat depending on how big the restaurant is and how much you are paying for the AYCE, such as curry, but most of the time you will get plain, unseasoned pork, chicken, beef, steak because they allow you to flavor it the way you want. Keep up the good content.
