Plus if being a G.o.D means having to blow up ancient or underwhelming planets in terms of mortals, Piccolo's much more than capable of doing this already. Planet Buster's have been a thing since the Namek Saga and look how exponentially powerful everyone is now.

I thought that when King Piccolo wished for Eternal youth, it transferred over to the current Piccolo after he had died. Was I wrong in thinking that? Because if that is true, then Piccolo really doesn't need any outside influence, because he will remain Forever Young looking.

Little late for this video but Piccolo's fight with Frieza made me realize just how much Buu just seems a corrupted Namekian on steroids ie...
1) Stretching limbs

3) Absorption really is just a forceful Namekian Fusion

This was good, Piccolo is a very good character but got pushed to the side.

I always felt giant Piccolo vs giant Bergamo would have been fantastic.
Speaking of Piccolo vs Bergamo, in my current fanfic story, I definitely paired the matchup of the two and utilized both of them well to their fullest in one of the chapters I’ve done. So I was proud as a fanfic writer for what I’ve done with both of my favorite characters
My head canon is that Piccolo already has eternal youth since he is the reincarnation of King Piccolo
But his reincarnation is him becoming his son
That's impossible for the supposed theory of reincarnation you don't get any of your memories or qualities your new creature so why would piccolo get any of that stuff that demon piccolo had?

What if Ultimate was a state of being instead of a transformation?
It technically is, it isn’t a transformation. Transformations are an Awoken Skill that are specific to a race.
Potential Unleashed is more of a technique than a transformation because Saiyans can’t just tap into it like Super Saiyan.
Ultimate is just base form with all of your potential unlocked
It isn’t a transformation or form. It’s just full power potential without the need of transformation

When you realize that if Piccolo was around more often, his intelligence would prevent so many problems. (Even if he wasn’t strong)
At the end with Piccolos plan i feel like the writers would construct a different plan because giant forms(except for Great Ape) usually don't do well
So I think that Piccolo would've used Hellzone Grenade to destroy the platform instead, making room for better visuals, and making a bomb ass move used again

Just like you, Piccolo is my favorite and it's great to see that you find a way to make him relevant again. This power gap with Goku & Vegeta has gotten ridiculous compared to everyone else. I love the idea of Piccolo training with Whis, elevating his power & skill. I simply just want Piccolo to be on a somewhat par with Goku & Vegeta. Being able to fight with them for awhile and not being dispatched so quickly. In terms of fighting bad guys, I always pictured Piccolo able to go thru the bad guys minion & Lieutenants with rather ease. And when it came to figting the Big Bad, he would give them a fight, but would eventually fall and need the help Goku or Vegeta. He is such a badass of a character it's a shame to waste that. So yeah, I hope in the future he does get some power upgrade that closes the gap.
Frieza and 17 wouldn’t be there. 17 wouldn’t take part since the condition he had for joining was that trunks and goten watched his island for him. I mean maybe, they’d recruit 17 since he is stronger, but who would they get to watch the island?
Meanwhile, on 17's island, Yamcha and Tenshinhan sit around, annoyed that they have to babysit.
While the TOP end result would have been the same, I thought a key aspect of the ghosts was exploding upon contact with anything (thus the comedic moment where two of them link hands in a "bro moment" in dbz, and promptly explode) so rescuing/saving people would probably not be the best idea? Am I incorrect on this?
I thought that too, but I think as soon they touch the ghosts, the ghosts throw them up onto the ring, and explode under them. That’s my theory
If the ghosts exploded at the right position the force could throw Goku and Vegeta back onto the ring

What I love the most about piccolo is that no matter how strong he or his opponent is. His strongest ppoint has always been strategy as opposed to the power(s) Goku and Vegeta always have......... to bad they never do anything with him

I honestly wanted to see what if Piccolo went into the time chamber with Goku and Gohan, without needing food and only needs water, he would be able to bypass the only two people can go in, Piccolo could be a good motivator for Gohan and have a extra sparring partner for Goku and wouldn't have to hold back when training.

I would like to point something out: Hit wouldnt beat vegeta easily this time around, in the manga whis stated that the reason hit defeating him so easily was due to the fact he used ssb to knock out cabba, ssb is not a form thats meant to be turned off and on, it takes a lot of stamina to transform into it and the form itself drains the user immensely, in the manga, whis said that in his fight against hit, vegeta was only at about one tenth of his full power , so, this isnt *super* important but hit would be much more worn out after his battle with vegeta and as a result goku would have a much easier time against him

Piccolo, a character who's species is known for regrowing body parts, has so much potential, especially when it comes to a, sort of, transformation. His ability to manipulate matter and his own body parts. Heck he could change his ENTIRE physic if he so desired. Maybe he doesn't have to change too much. Maybe act as a sort of evolution, maybe have his legs change to digitigrade, showing that he's faster, allow him to utilize his claws more. I'm sure others have ideas too. Please leave thoughts and ideas aswell.
Also this idea is more of a practical implementation instead of sticking to lore or what people like about his character

I like the scenario quite a bit, particularly as an old Piccolo fan myself. Personally, I've become curious of late what Piccolo could accomplish if he dedicated himself to a proper and intensive study of magic. We've seen how versatile and potentially terrifying it is, it utilizes Piccolo's intellect better than trying to keep up with a Saiyan's natural biological hax when it comes to brute force, and best of all, he could leave the cape and turban on if he wanted! It's a pretty cool look.
He could be like the DBZ equivalent of Doctor Strange. Frustrating Earth's foes with endless tricks and strategy, but every now and then, shocking people with how capable he is at a good old-fashioned slugging match if it comes to that.

Awesome story. I had an idea for two What If’s (if they haven’t been done by anyone already). One being “What if Beerus was never told about Super Saipan God?” And “What If Universe 6 Won in the U7 v U6 Tournament?” They may seem kind of dull, but I’m positive you could make them interesting. Just an idea tho
thinking about it, kami is part of piccolo and kami was a "god"/ guardian so it would only make sense for him to have god ki even if kami didn't know about it, it's not much or a separate form.

Here's an idea salad i have a challenge for you its a double or triple what if 1 is major the others are minor. 1: what if piccolo and kami stayed unfused. 2: what if gohan liked fighting. 3: what if the z fighters trained in most time skips. Okay maybe not "minor" but its a challenge you probably wont take it on but if you run out of ideas use this.
