Ace combat was a cornerstone game of my childhood and the soundtrack definitely carried it. God i wish they'd revamp the series.

this playlist went wonderfully with a 3 hour DCS dogfighting session in VR. shit should be illegal, its like steroids for flight sims. i absolutely stomped despite my useless team. ended up winning outnumbered 2v6. last 2 were clean cockpit shots with main guns.. thanks for this. best time ive had in a game in years. 🤙

I usually listen to these while working/gaming, they're supposed to be music that I listen to in order to give me motivation. Except it doesn't work because it just motivates me to drop everything and immerse myself in the work of art that you compose for us. Thank you Lucas, I'm so glad I've found your music. It's been a journey and half listening to it for the entire year. (I expect your name to appear in my Spotify wrapped at the end of this year lol)

Amazing, just absolutely fucking amazing, grew up on the PS2 when I was about 6 or 7 years old and I remember the day my father came home with a PS2 game and I won't ever forget that, that game was "Ace Combat 4: shattered skies" and when I played, it got me to love and appreciate the game serious as a whole and even today, Ace Combat will always be loved deep in my heart till the day I die and even after, there will never be another game franchise I love more than Ace Combat.
Ace Combat 4 and Zero are still burned deep into my memory even if I'd not thought about it in years, I switched to Xbox and then PC for other games like Halo and Fallout later, but playing Ace Combat 7 recently took me back those decades ago to those awesome games.
Now I gotta try emulating them on my Steamdeck to expirance those stories again...
I am so astounded you aren't in the millions of subs already. Your content shouldn't only be recognised in the Ace Combat community, but also many others such as the DCS and WT communities! This music brings us communities all together, together to form a single group of aviation lovers!
I love your music over anything and this is just a cherry on top. I have recommended your channel to many of my friends and they love it just as much as I do!

Oh, he's got a decent amount of recognition in the DCS community already. "Stars over Sotoa", "Morning Stars", and "Fight's on" were both commissioned for a DCS multiplayer campaign, and they were INCREDIBLE additions to the experience.

I remember playing that game on the PS2 after renting it from Blockbuster when I was a kid. It was the first flying game I'd played and I loved the hell out of it. Goddamn good memories there.

it would be a great send off to all of us pilots if Namco ever makes a conclusion of ace combat But the final boss is powerful on his or her alone but until reinforcements arrive and all of them is Mobius 1, galm 1, Blaze, etc.. like a time wrapping nonsense from Belka but is willing to redeem themselves from foe to ally.
So, a bit like what they tried to do with the ZOE equipped airframes then ?

RARE does a "remake" become better than the original. Lucas made something "simply epic"..well...god-like. The addition of the brass in the chorale part, the reprise, absolute, debilitating chills.
That first track pic sums up ace combat well. Raptor smoking Mig 21s and an F-15 smoking Berkuts. Also sums up their traits. I feel Cipher will use a superior airframe to compliment his skills while Pixy for the most part will stick with his Eagle unless he needs another mission specific aircraft to carry out his cause.
