SP stands for Public Service. Your Airmail stamp was issued in 1946. My favorite Luxemburg stamps are the Officials that have the word "Officiel" puched in perfins. They are noted but not listed in Scott. I am trying to get a full set but am still missing three. Caritas means charity in Latin.
Hello, i am gathering luxembourg stamps to start a collection. Once I have enough, i will put them into an album and make a video. Nice collection you have. European Union is the correct term for the association with euros as they are part of the European Union.
