Great suggestion about the axes. I did think that the TK kit was baically an upgrade to the older VC Skeleton kit, rather than a separate kit, but I couldn't remember. Similar thing with the spears; one of them has like two hooks on the blade if I recall which look "off", but can be trimmed off to make a more traditional looking spear. I'm going to use a dark green I think for my color, based on a painting of Tutankhamun where he's in a chariot that has dark green (think like dark angels green) coloration alongside the gold, as well as checking that green represents life/resurrection in ancient egypt, so sounds appropriate for an "Immortal Legion" type army.
Nice work. It occurs to me that one could paint the spear shafts a base brown of some kind, like bare wood, then stipple on patches of another color. So it looks like over the centuries, the paint has flaked off.
Thanks, the list of paints for khemri were: Zandri dust, screaming skull, ushabti bone, Thousand sons blue, Drackenhof nightshade (I used the old version though), Agrax earthsade, Mephiston red, (ultuthan grey, white scar for freehand), Wyldwood, balthazar gold and abadon black for the base rim.

Sounds like you got some good projects man, yeah I do plan on doing more old world possibly one where I try marathon through my unpainted TKs or my Skaven. But at the moment I'm focusing on other things so it may be a few months untill the next old world upload.
Sadly this game is everything but new player friendly. 250 page rule rank and flank won’t do well in this day and age. Also the shite minis in this will put people off.
