Yes, I had been feeling unwell in the first week of June.
I am still feeling unwell....It is starting to get better.
I tryed staying barefoot on the ground for 5 min and also with visualizing roots going out of my feet anchoring into the ground and these two works amazingly well for feeling better. I also usually seize the opportunity to take a sun bath.
I don’t understand why visualizing roots work so well. I was charmed by the idea Seraphine suggested that walking barefoot allows to harvest the electrons emitted by the Sun which landed on Earth. We know that such solar electrons do exist and can indeed carry for instance solar (quantum) spin frequencies. But for the visualizing part, our public science has no way to explain why I do feel better by doing it. However, as the Mahatma Gandhi said so well: « Life is not a problem to be solved, but a mystery to be lived. », so if I feel better by practicing this innocent woowoo stuff, let’s do it. Maybe it can help you too.
