OMG this is so good! All tips I saw were to find an enemy and practice. It's hard to remember what buttons to push when battle music starts to play and you're just trying not to get hit. Thank you!

I noticed that you forgot to mention that before setting off the bomb, you have to jump them and quickly set the bomb off before backflipping. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I noticed while attempting it, which the jump seems to be critical to performing the flurry.
Its very hard. I think im mashing too many buttons. So far I've gotten it to work practicing but not in combat maybe once or twice but i also think maybe my backflip actually dodged an attack and gave me a regular rush while trying it. I can do the sbr almost everytime. But then i usually just jump attack after trying to flurry rush.

I agree. It's more satisfying too. This is arguably harder then just doing it the right way, but it was a great thing to pull on a fellow botw player who didn't know about this.
I don't see why is that not legit. Anyone who can pull this also can do regular FR, this is just advanced combo allowing better chaining instead of stupid button mashing and waiting for enemy attacks. Not like it gives any real advantage other than saving time (which you most likely wasted learning that). Moreover, using 2nd method actually has a huge drawback of nearnly oneshotting most shields other than hylian and few others.

basically it's getting bulletime and pressing zr and y and then mashing y.That's to my understanding of this technique

When I do it, i get the slow motion started but link takes the bow when I click ZR+Y. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
