just got one from campervantastic. they have a very good deal going at the moment. first thing the guy said to me was to photo it so I could put it back in bag. I told him about your video.it makes it so easy . I put 2 cobblestones in the bottom when im transporting it. thanks for the helpful video

Just got an older one 2nd hand with everything bar dome extension. This video helped a lot. Looking at it I think you could store the griddle better but only if Cobb changed design slightly; make the 3 plate sections on base wider and loose mesh behind, looks like griddle would then slide down into base once plastic ring removed. Just a thought Cobb

Got my Kitchen in a Box on Wednesday just gone and used it on Saturday and Sunday, and it was amazing.
However my bag is different to the one shown here, in that it zips in the centre. I've found that mine packs properly as follows:
    1) Grill plate on the bottom.2) Base, including fire basket, handle and lighter.3) Invert dome, with extension ring as above, and but with handle going into fire basket.4) Place steel roasting basket and poultry stand in dome.5) Place griddle coated side down into dome.6) Put frying pan face down over griddle.7) Place deep pan / wok over this, and zip.
There would be enough room in the dome for either a Cobbstone or a pack of briquettes with a firelighter. Once I've opened my Aussie Beads, and having read a lot of comments from people whose briquettes have gotten damp, I've thought about vacuum packing packs of briquettes and a couple of firelighters. Any thoughts on this?

Good video, thank you! I'm assuming the charcoal basket goes in when you put the bottom of the grill in the bag?
