Also what people overlook alot is the redguard passive, i know its only 1% but it reduces cost of, springs, prayer, regen, ward, blockade by 8% vs breton 7%, the extra stam from redguard can help with blocks and roll dodges or vigors. And, the fact you get stam back for hitting enemies... i know its not 100% optimal but its an interesting race indeed for support
@@dannynicholson50 well the theoretical limit is 60 cpm and most people are around 50 even in the best of time. plus remember that 1% has to go up agains the extra flat recovery that Breton has.

You would get more stamina return from a single tri stat recovery glyph then reguard, race changes were truly racist to red guards.

I also think that 1% across a 5 minute fight could save some serious mag if you're over 90-100cpm
