I really enjoyed Soul if an Octopus and The Glass Castle. I relate to a lot of Jeanette’s story.

Soul of an Octopus has a heart-warming ending - I hope you enjoy it. This is Going to Hurt sounds really interesting, as does Into the Wild (I've been meaning to pick that up). Good luck with Nonfiction November :)

The Soul of an Octopus, The Glass Castle, and Stranger in the woods were all good. If you love medicine nonfiction, The Great Influenza, Polio, and Ghost Map were all very good.

I read The Glass Castle when I was getting my masters in Social Work and chose it for an assignment as a case study for a family. So much to talk about !! Enjoy. -Joe
Yes! I am about halfway through and think doing a deep dive on the inner workings of this family would be fascinating. It’s so painful to read at times but I am fully engaged for sure.
