Got a pair of 78 NS-10M's sitting idle. Awesome sound playing my old Rank Arena amp. Stooges. Led Zep etc.... too bloody scared to play through my current amp without blowing them now!
is the soundtrack mixed on a pair of NS10? it sounds fantastic!

Thank you. Your site is only one that exclusively gives information on these. However I came across NS-10MM which I didn't find on your site. What are these? Are they having the same signature verdict that 'if your mix sounds good on these, it will sound good on any system'? I am specifically looking for this info if you can comment please as I want a pair for mixing. Thank you.
I don't have a pair of these, but I know that they're very small (I think the 2nd "M" stands for "Mini") and therefore probably sound nothing like any of the NS10's traditionally used in studios.

What is the MS10 near fields? Which one has the best bass?
+spcooper94 They are all used as nearfield monitors. "Best" bass might be the MT because of the extended bass response due to the reflex port. Are the ns10 still sold? I can't find them on Amazon or musicians friend.

+NS-10M I got 2 ns-144 2nd hand but paid 30 euro's for it. Is that good for those speakers?
what is the difference between ns10 and hs8 . which one is the best in studio mixing and mastering ?
HS8 are more recent and are powered, but are (or should be) more expensive. NS10's are cheaper but require amps.

@Maddazhell: Same thing. "NS-10" is just a nick-name. The "classic" is really called "NS-10M". Check the link in the description for details. And maybe start your own comment thread too, so as to save me from un-needed confuuuuusion ;)
@Mohamed: HS8 and NS10 are both suitable for mixing/mastering and both are used in studios. I can't say which is best though, sorry.
