Disagree with Ranveer. Sai deepak specifically mentioned, the specific community would never accept national identity they will always prefer their own religious identity. Babasaheb Ambedkar also underlined the same thought.
Man made boundaries
Even if some of them want to people who make sweeping statements to polarise would never let them. It is not just with Muslims but also with Dalits, OBC, Tribals. Stop judging people with the community they belong to their would be no problem. Hate feeds on hate. Spread love and peace.

Ranveer, it is not as simple as Hindu-Muslim unity...it is about putting India first ! However, some communities don't allow that. Also, some fundamental realities of certain communities are such that they are emphasizing other things first. Also to do this we need Uniform Civil Code....one law for every citizen for their marriages, inheritances, etc., on the basis of liberty, justice, and freedom. But some communities will see this as communal whereas it is purely secular.

The problem with society and politics is when I was a kid, we have 4 open space as big as a cricket ground in an area of 2km^2 more than 50 kids used to play in 1 ground at 1 time and it was filled till late night everyday. Now 3 grounds have been made as parking place by politician and 1 no one allowed to enter. I seriously feel bad for the generation that came after the 2000s. We as society and most importantly this local politicians across the spectrum have worked only to earn black money from fraud.
