Ingredients :-
All purpose flour :- 200 gms, ghee:- 50 gm, salt to taste, arrowroot powder :-25 gms, refine oil :- 250 ml, sugar :- 200 gm.
Recipe :-
Add 200 gm all purpose flour in a bowl, add salt to taste and add 4 teaspoon ghee . Make a soft dough and rest the dough for 30 mins. Then prepare sugar syrup mixing of sugar and 1/3 mug water , then boil for 15 min . Add 2 drop lemon juice in sugar syrup. Then make 11 roti from dough, and spread ghee and arrowroot powder. Then roll all the roti and cut to small pieces . After that fry all khaja and then pour all khaja in sugar syrup.
