RECIPE :-
INGREDIENTS:-
All purpose flour : 270 gm; Baking powder : 3/4 teaspoon; Table salt : 3/4 teaspoon; Unsalted butter : 226 gm; White sugar : 150 gm; Brown sugar : 165 gm; Egg : 1 pc; Vanilla essence : 1 tablespoon; Chocolate chips : 1.5 cup
PROCESS :-
Take 270 gm all purpose flour in a bowl. Then add 3/4 teaspoon baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon table salt into the all purpose flour. Mix ingredient well. Then take 226 gm butter in a bowl and beat well. Then add 150 gm white sugar and 165 gm brown sugar ininto this bowl and mix well. Then add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon vanilla essence . Mix the mixture with electric beater until a smooth batter. Then add all purpose flour mix into the batter. Then beat with beater until a smooth batter. At last add 1.5 cup chocolate chip into the batter. Then the batter wrap with clean wrap and refrigerated for at least 1 hour. After 1 hour preheat the oven for 10 mins at 190 degree celsius . Then bake the cookies for 10 to 12 mins. Then cool it room temparature and serve it.
