ingredients:-
4-5 whole red chilli
1 tsp heaped cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp black pepper corn
2 medium
4-5 green chilli
½ cup oil
2 bay leaves
2 inch cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
4-5 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
1 mace
7-8 black pepper
1½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
750 g chicken
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp heaped salt
400 g plain and fresh curd ( kam se kam khatta dahi )
½ tsp garam masala
ginger Jullian
green chilli
coriander leaves
1 tbsp desi ghee
coal for smoke
cold coffee:-
300 ml cold milk
1 tsp instant coffee
1 tbsp sugar
1 scoop icecream
