Putting tubes in a prebuild makes two ways of sense: You dont run the risk of the tire deflating as it maybe sits in a box for weeks or months, making a mess if there was sealant in it. The other benefit would be that the tire is already nicely stretched into shape, making it easier to set it up tubeless. And then you have a emergency tube on hand too! 😊
11:19 For those that don't know it's by Jagwire. I've not tried the square one, but the pivoting ones are nice, But they tend to slide on my bike. Which is a Geometron G1 and got Formula Cura 4 brakes.

As far as I’ve experienced working in a shop, every new bike I’ve built regardless of price comes with tubes installed. Can’t ship bikes with sealant pre installed since it will just dry up and shops also don’t know how long a bike will sit on the sales floor. Typically tubeless conversion is done during the pre sale checkover once the bike is sold.

5:31 Any reason you did not want the Schwalbe tyres? I've had so much bad experience with Maxxis I'm not going to return to Maxxis. So many faulty tyres, some even had thread pointing to the right, all got warped or were warped from new, bead looked like I sanded it. it was Shorty & High Roller 2, more of those. So I eventually gave up. So I'm disappointed with the quality. But haven't tried Schwalbe apart from their studded tyres, which performed well. Well done Lewis. Thanks for this video. I learnt that Commencal only makes alloy bikes. Never knew that. Looking forward to you riding full 29r again. Also loving the Rockshox suspension information. Excellent entertainment and knowledge.
On point with the upgrades , must say I did the same very switch out with the fox to Rockshox coil which on my SX V4 is 62.5 on your V5 takes a 230x65 …… I am 185 with gear and am close or at 500# for rear coil, running same tires you are switching over to with DH casing but thinking of switching to the Gravity casing went with Noble for rims to shed a bit of lower weight with I9’s for hubs ands Cam Zink Dev5 155 cranks

First thing I thought was Commencal. They are a beast of a bike for good value and quality, I built a Meta HT and put it through some hard enduro rides to include Whistler.

Years ago I purchased the Meta AM (you know, that blue one) as a frame only from Chain Reaction Cycles for a bargain £700! It was an awesome looking bike but having gone from a Specialized Enduro SL that I'd customised with a Fox 36 Vanilla and a Fox Vanilla Coil at the rear, which uses the Horst Link system, sadly, I never managed to get the Meta AM to feel as capable and confident. But I must say, your new bike looks absolutely amazing and it's good to see that Commencial have decided upon using a different suspension/linkage system, because honestly the Faux Bar design really doesn't compete with the Horst Link system in my humble opinion. It will be good to hear your opinion on how it feels in use.
