Actually, this makes the name “Syndicate” make sense. A syndicate offers people something to do something, not forces them. A cartoon syndicate pays cartoonists to draw cartoons, which it publishes in newspapers.

The Syndicate aren't heroes and certainly aren't villains. This song fits well into that middle ground.
I’d argue the Syndicate fits into the Lawful Good category. They have a strong code, and their rules aren’t evil, it clearly states they oppose tyranny and fight for freedom. However, we haven’t seen much of their actions yet, so this could obviously change. But currently, based of their description of what they aim to do, I’d say they’re a more heroic organization, just not a typical one.
(Keep in mind, this is all just my opinion.)

Yesssss legit I was thinking about that. Planning it all out in my head as an animatic then remembered I can't draw. But techno playing the double bass-it controls the pace and start of the song (just like he started the syndicate) and also he said he used to play violin so string. Niki singing cause just yes. Ranboo playing the muted trumpet cause I dunno it gives me the right vibes (aka the trumpet players I know like my brother are tall and lanky in a good way). And Phil playing the piano cause his character is so old they probably saw Mozart also I just feel like it works

I honestly love how fan themes of Technoblade evolve alongside his character. If "Violence" represents him at his lowest, betrayed by everyone and angry at the whole world, this song shows him at his all time high. He got over his grudge against L'Manburg - by blowing it up to smithereens -, got over his social anxiety by recruiting new people into his soon to be Syndicate, and got over his constant fear of people close to him betraying him, by allowing no one, except for Phil, to get close in the first place. And most importantly, Techno is no longer THE BLADE in someone's hands. Now he is in control of his own destiny

Absolutely agree. Oh to be a non-techno fan seeing him as a constant murder machine. For real though, at his highest points he’s calm and methodical and I think the slow tempo, yet high energy of this song flawlessly represents techno at his best

@@pablopereyra7126 well the last few times he tried to talk it out, character tommy ( i have to specify because some one will inevitably try to correct me) decides to be an absolute child about it and the "adults" follow and decide to follow victim mentality in that anything that techno does in retaliation is the only thing they consider. So ya words really don't work, despite the fact that techno has proven himself on many occasions to be quite good with words, in fact i would say rivaling his pvp skills, it is consistently the one thing that doesn't workout for him which, as another commenter somewhere saw it as, seems like he resorts to violence after having tried repeatedly to do things with words to the point of becoming extremely proficient at it, only to have it never work and having to resort to violence. (oh right I'm also talking about character techno incase some nutjob assumes I only mean character tommy and not techno)

I love that line so much.
Scenario A: I imagine this as in normal nightclub with Niki and Ranboo on stage with some others of the Syndicate while Phil barkeeps and Techno drinks. Then in the interlude into second verse some guys enter and Techno and Phil start fighting them after being attacked trashing the nightclub and as more and more guys come at them it leads into final verse where Ranboo had to get involved at the last second with Techbo and they throw the last one of them with into the piano ending the song.
Scenario B: They are all on stage. Niki sings, Phil plays Piano, Techno plays Sax while Ranboo plays trumpet.
I imagine that techno or Phil or someone else is at a bar and just starts singing this
scenario C: Same as B, but techno sings the lyrics that he wrote, and everyone gets a part. the friendlier parts are niki and ranboo, the more violent bits are phil and techno.
This world was too boring that he left to look for more challenging battles. A God for a Blood God

I shall write a fiction right now:
Friday nights were always great. You'd go to the local pub after a day of building, other workers get a drink with their coworkers, couples would dance between the tables, and some would just read. It wasn't just a place to drink, it was a place where old friends socialized and new ones were made. Sadly, your friends were busy, but a little alone time never hurt anyone. As you walk to across the hard wood floors, behind a wall to the bookshelves, (there was always some stories for people to turn to incase of a stressful day) you pick out an exceptionally blue book with silver accents. But then a quiet *click* comes from the shelving units, like a button or lever was triggered. You look around, just to be sure nobody heard or saw the bookshelve pull open like a door. Behind you, a Piglin man in business casual clothing is leaning against the wall that hid the library section from the bar. He usually here with another man, but you never payed them any attention. As soon as he started walking toward you, you shut the door. Anything to keep a good reputation, friends are valuable and hard to make. When he finally reached you (which didn't take long, as Piglins are known for their incredible speed) he squinted and stuck out his hand. You shook it reluctantly.
"So what do you know about anarchy?"
Maybe I'll make this better later, I wrote this in 15 minutes on my phone at 9 pm, but I hope anyone reading enjoyed it.

The way I see this song is Niki singing this in a beautiful but completely trashed bar (a mess is bound to happen), wearing one of those thin maroon dresses jazz singers seem to like while swaying her hips to the beat, because that seems to be the theme for jazz and this song gives off a very "sway your hips, kill a man" vibe.
Phil is sitting on a stool just drinking while tapping his foot to the beat and making small talk with Ranboo, who's playing bartender and classically wiping the inside of a glass with a rag, also unintentionally but very smoothly matching his movements with the beat of Niki's song.
And Techno? He's either sitting alongside Philza, drinking the night away with his old friend, or standing still in the middle of the room with bodies scattered around him, blood on his fists. The bodies could either be canon characters or just some guys who had a little too much. Say the fight happens during the song and gets progressively more intense as Niki sings on.
After all, it's a bar. A mess is bound to happen.

Imagine if the secret member is Tommy hear me out. The whole Doomsday thing was a set up between Tommy and techno and now Tommy is on the inside and they are still really good friends, that would be a sick plot and this would explain the Nuke missing from snowchester. Think about it, techno also said “he” so it can’t be puffy. Yes there are other people but just imagine that!!!
