    2 tomatoes
    2 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
    3 cloves of garlic
    2 tsp curry powder

    I did this. It was delicious. Didn’t have tomato paste so I just reduced the tomatoes and used crème instead of coconut milk.

    Wait what! thats a great idea freezing tomatoes, i live in the US and i only buy organic tomatoes which they go bad so quick and they are so expensive ,,,thanks am going to put my tomatoes in my freezer

    Hi, what should i do to cook green peas to remain green when cooking finally finish, when I cook it the color changes that's when I cover saucepan

      You pre blanch them in hot water then remove and add them straight to cold icy water

      She does!!? Great minds! My husband actually grew tomatoes and before I knew it I had more than I could eat so I froze them and found them soooo much easier to grate

      swahili food my mom used to buy tomatoes in bulk from the veggie wholesalers, coz she lives in Botswana and there'd be times where there'd no tomatoes at all in the shops, being Indian she needed them for her curries and couldn't chance it so bought loads 😂.
