AHi I am a big fan of this work and your MV hence I have decided to analyse every frame in this. Please remember I went through hell to actually post this in the comments because TH-cam doesn't support extremely long comments.
0:03 alight motion nulls were used first, you did a zoom in transition and a fade in transition for the text "Nene kusanagi, Rui kamishiro" and then slightly zoomed out and revealed the text "Project sekai colourful stage" and another fade out was added.
0:04 you slightly zoomed out again using null layers and then revealed the "TONDEMO WONDERZ" text with the alight motion graph "elasticStep 0.23030302 0.7543253" and then did an out transition for the characters, nene goes up and rui goes down. The entire intro has a gradient purple-white in it.
Also please scrap whatever I said about the intro using alight motion nulls, it could also be that they grouped the layers together and made the intro because you can't add tiles to the nulls and at the end of the intro it actually zooms out and they used tiles in the zoom out. Unless the intro was done using nulls and they exported the intro and added tiles and zoomed it out at the very end. They could have also done this on after effects, I noticed that there are glitch effects in this and alight motion cannot produce that kind of glitches and they might have used glitchify, an after effects plugin to do the glitches. I could also be completely wrong in this and they could have found a way to do glitch transition like that in alight motion with a method I am not aware of. Another thing is the moving borders, the border first comes in and then it shrinks abit in the intro and then goes back to normal size in 0:06
0:06 the nene was cut out of the card and then the original card was used as the background, they also didn't try removing the nene from the card, they only cut the nene out and tried creating this kind of 3d effect, block dissolve effect was used as the in transition in the background. Throughout the entire MV, block dissolve is constantly used mainly as a in transition for the text. Another thing is that they sometimes animated each of the letters separately. They used the elastic graph "elastic 0.434573 1.0 0.0 0.4145329"
0:08 I am guessing they did the same thing they did with the nene card here, also another thing is that at the beginning there is a very small and thin circle that zooms in and disappears. It's barely visible unless you're analysing it frame by frame. The circle is white colored and they used the blending mode screen. They duplicated this circle and offsetes the timing so it's present throughout the entire 0:08 seconds of Rui. Also I am kind of having trouble with how they did the text transition in rui's part so I am going to be skipping past it. Also the end transition is a exposure out.
A chibi nene appears in 0:10 (the 11th frame to be exact) and i am guessing that they used circular graphs for nene. The border that went back to the normal size in nene's part shrinks again in rui's part.
0:11 is self explanatory so I will be skipping past it.
0:12 is kinda of confusing to explain but basically the sides are kind of blurred, they made a shape with the sides they wanted to blur and used gaussian blur. Another thing is that the effect "iridescence" is used throughout the MV mainly as text texture and it could also have been used in here. Also I am not sure about if nulls were used in the text movement or not. The in transition used here is exposure and the out transition used here is a slide with exposure.
