How is browning not over there? Every Asian market in USA has browning 😭😭😭

I followed your directions 4 years ago and have used them ever since.
People who try my Christmas cake say it's the best they've ever tasted and I'm sure it's got a lot to do with the browning.
Thanks again, after all these years.
God bless you & your family.

i tried your version worked very good. however if anyone using a heavy pan to do this after making the Browning put some water in the empty pot. let it boil until the stickiness comes out and discard the water. I use the same pot whenever I have to make more. Bless😊

Thank you so much Auntie. I tried to make my own a few years ago and neither I or my pan were the same again, but store bought browning didn't cut it. Now I have the perfect sensible solution and will do this from now onwards. Hoping that you and your family have a blessed Christmas.

12/27/2022 I Researched for recipe to make browning as mine here in Florida was expired. So I used a 1 qt Martha Stewart stainless steel saucepan to burn my sugar. I used a wooden spoon to stir while on the fire. The result was good. Next time I will add more sugar to have a more thickness. Once I was done with my saucepan I added fresh water and put it back on the fire to boil. This melted the remaining burnt sugar as I continued to stir. Whenever I have burnt food from cooking this is the process I use to save my cooking pot. Just sharing.

Clean and cut up the carrot into blendable pieces. Blend finely with water... until you get the amount of juice you want. Strain off the pulp from the carrot... Some people like a little pulp left behind but I dont.
Sweeten your carrot juice to taste with condensed milk. Add nutmeg and a few corks of white rum if you like. You can even sweeten with sugar instead of milk but I dont like that one. Try it either way.
Easy easy, my 8 year old sister in charge of that on Sundays.
