as far i been testing whot the food if u gave them whit letuce they give king piccolo clothes, if u give them milk they give u uranai babas clothes, pilaf clothes, kioshin clothes , if u gave them budin they can give u daburas clothes, fat buu's clothes, ub clothes , if u given papitalm fish they can give u jaco clothes, king ox clothes, baby clothes this one im not 100% sure
You can also have them stay the same color by alternating what food you give them. If you give them three of the same food in a row, they'll give the option to change. So plan out what food to give them and you wont have to choose.

Anthony Giovanni a deal the saiyan brothers. It takes around. 1-2 minutes to complerex and you only need to do 3 PQs for the buu family to return.

Quick tip too: Majin Race characters extend Buu's children limit to I believe 10
And it takes a total of 20 "Pudding" to feed Buu all the way
