I had a same problem I didn’t get PSW after my study because my course duration was only 11 months so I wasn’t Eligible and I was lucky I got corona extension for 5 months so in between my company sponsored me because I worked hard during covid 19 so my manager was impressed and one day he called me and he said I will sponsor you. I already took another course that time I paid my fees and I was waiting for my CAS so before I get my cas he sponsored me and I cancelled my course I received my full fees. I feel so lucky because it’s really hard to get sponsorship visa (T2 visa). My suggestion is before working with any other companies just look for the company who has sponsorship license and then apply for the job so you may have a chance to get sponsorship.

@@deepikashah4704 Just a correction, if she wants to change her job on a skilled worker visa, she has to apply for the skilled worker visa again with a new COS from the new employer and basically pay the application charges as well as the IHS (NHS) Cost.

you can change employer if they are willing to give you sponsorship but be on the same visa type for continuous 5 years to be eligible for ILR
