I've learned more from The Karen Hunter Show, Dr. Greg Carr, and Roland Martin than all of my years of public K-12, 5 years of undergraduate education, 3 years of my master's program, and the last year of my teacher specialist studies.
Thank you for your continued service. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

My dissertation was on the social networking activities of educators to improve teaching and learning. Every time I read a biography, such as the one written by David Blight’s book on Frederick Douglass, I love learning who made friends with whom to move missions forward. So, nothing gives me more joy than to hear Dr. Carr share the connections of our ancestors, scholars, civil rights leaders, etc. Thank you, Ms. Hunter and Dr. Carr, for this valuable social networking and learning opportunity. We’ll continue to get by with a little help from our friends and networks.

Dr. Hunter, thanks for sharing the link on Black-Owned bookstores.
Frederick Douglass said that “It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.” You cannot give a child back their childhood. You cannot undo trauma once it is experienced, you can only alleviate the harm. It is far more effective, cost effective, and fruitful to do everything in our power to give ALL children the kind of start and the kind of future they deserve.
I think these discussions does help adults changing our mindset. It has for me, but this is why I started writing children's book.

Thank you bro and sis every Saturday " In Class with Carr" is homecoming ❤️. I am truly blessed/fortunate to have found your class. Yes Dr. Carr, I look forward to your book of knowledge. I love the analogy of eight inches for your scholarship, powerful.

I missed the first hour so I'm here to catch up. We have no idea how many of our African ancestors were practicing Christians. Watch Race, Religion, and Racism by Dr. Fred Price on TH-cam Sunday nights. The series was telecast over 20 years old but is very timely for today.

The discussion on fetishization of the BLM (without any change in behavior, redistribution, etc.) was deep! That's going to send me down yet another rabbit hole!

Dr. Carr said, "Do ya'll understand what you're seeing in your eyes?" Much love Dr. Carr. I remember I would always see Dr. Carr @ AAMP. I was security and Dr. Carr was always so humble and pleasant.
