Nah haven’t really used the hammer artifact other than for pvp, normally use it for pve but it could be useful for some build. Light build with hammer with as much lightning harnessing on your gear maybe
yep, 4x freedom 4x gritward, grav weapon perk and 3x health + tumbler health perk (4x health) = bis armor. you could also aim for 1-2 time slash protection instead of health on armor

I don't really like Path but it seems mandatory.
You can pretty much use this for wars/opr/open world and even pve if you run a med bruiser. Seems like enchanted ward is the new resilient
war its 350 con 250+ str
but freedom/grit wardd should be better i guess?
