- my overall review of USF as a recent graduate!! i had the best time in college and could not recommend this school enough. if you have any more specific questions about USF, feel free to reach out!!

Thank you the video! Yes, I have some questions, please:
1) What size are the classes (majority) ?
2) How easy is it to meet with professors if you need a help?
3) Who does check your exams/tests/quizzes/... - professors or alumni?
4) Do you know if students have classes in person or are all classes virtual right now?
So I recently went to Tampa Florida because I went with my boyfriend’s family and I just fell in love with Florida and how spread out the neighborhoods are from each other compared to California, and how much greenery there is... so that being said USF has been on my mind for a while now... I would have to either way commute if I choose one town from another where I know people live and I just want to get more info before trying to plan after community college . I’m planning on applying to the Communication Science and Disorders program in a California state university and maybe USF 😬

How is the Computer Science undergrad program at USF?
I struggled and switched majors, but that's fully on me. The Engineering and especially CS experience I had are top tier at USF.

@@rehmanali9087 the advisors and professors I had explained computer science to me extremely well, if that’s your worry and it truly just wasn’t for me. That being said, I switched to Public Health

HI Paige, this is a great video. I do have a couple questions I was hoping you could answer. I have heard that campus doesn't offer much in the way of student activities or social life particularly on weekends. I am looking for a campus that feels alive, vibrant. Im not looking for U of Florida crazy, but dont want to attend a school that feels empty or deserted with little school spirit. Can you comment on the atmosphere at USF? Also what is the surrounding area like? Ive heard its not great, perhaps unsafe off campus, is that true in your opinion?
I went to UF and the student life there was amazing. I loved it so much I went back for graduate school there as well.
USF is right in the middle, not crazy like UF but enough student life to keep you busy!

My daughter is considering USF for the Zimmerman Advertising program. Do you feel the program provided you the knowledge you needed? Did you do internships during and have you found a job since graduation?
Hi! I actually was not in ZAP, but I did complete similar coursework by majoring in mass com advertising. I loved the courses I took and feel that they gave me great experience. Internships were actually required for my major, not sure if they still are! And i'm currently doing some freelance design work but will be looking for a job in digital media/marketing very soon. :)
Paige Raburn Thanks Paige. Would you say the campus is fairly active and there is plenty to do on campus for those living on campus including weekends?
@@restoresanity8535 yes absolutely! there is always so much to do and ways to get involved. I loved that part of living on campus my first two years, you're really immersed in everything!

Which place is better indana or Tampa? Like climate wise etc.. Ik it's random sorry😅 ...if Tampa then I can go to usf or if Indiana then I can go to IUPUI
I would say Tampa! It’s amazing here. Perfectly hot in summer, warm in fall, low as probably 45 to 50 ish in winter and spring is very in the 70s !
