Whiste Stop Productions There is no estimating how many people have seen and been amazed by 4501 over the last 51 years as an excursion locomotive. Thanks for watching.
Excellent video! I like the way the steam went overhead and put you in the shadows as the 4501 was backing up; then that next shot - good for you leaving it run to capture the whistle up ahead. Excellent job!
Stephen Parker Thanks..... I'm no photographer......I just seem to luck into things sometimes not intending to be artsy or anything. The camera and editing software cover a multitude of sins..... Just havin' fun!
It really did not matter since it was a test run. There were no passengers on board. The last car arrived late and was added for additional weight on the test train.
It's too bad that 4501 had such a short time running on NS. It just started running last year, and NS decided to end the partnership with TVRM last December ending the 21st Century Steam program but 611 ran again this year. So, 4501 will most likely be stuck on the TVRM's own line and the 46 mile line into Georgia that they have rights to operate on from now on. (50 miles from Grand Junction Station including three miles to East Chattanooga and a mile or so to the junction with NS and the shortline into Georgia).
Awesome video. A rare opportunity indeed.
That is the most amazing thing a person could see.

Three are all amazing shots! Very nicely done!

Well, you have some great skills - keep the videos coming! :)
I rode in her cab on her 1st official running!💚💚💚💚
Nicely filmed/edited. The Dancehall Rd shot was excellent.
Dan Cluley Thanks for your kind appreciation. I hope you enjoy my future projects as I post them.......
Nice Catch of the 4501
You don't know how delightful it is to see her or any other steamer run on the mainline without an ugly boring diesel idling along behind.
Good job, nicely done.

Just one question, I saw a rounded end car like 2nd to last, why was it done that way??

@@agwsdad Ah ok, I was wondering about that
Bill Purdie would be proud. She sounds excellent.
tva429 So would the late Paul Brock, one of Bill's main fireman, through the Steam Program years. They were stack rattlin' men!
Awesome video. Would be neat if tvrm could run a train to cleveland for the eclipse.
